When the geniuses at the Apple Store couldn't fix my laptop, these guys did. I had a recurring problem with my Powerbook overheating and shutting down, sometimes several times a day. I took it to the Apple Store twice. They could never find or even duplicate the problem. After I got it back, it crashed 5 times in 24 hours, so I'm not sure why they couldn't even duplicate it. So I took it to Longmont Mac Repair. They figured it out in less than an hour and a half. They ordered the part and I had it back in a couple of days. They nailed it. I dropped my phone one too many times and the screen finally broke. The Apple store would have charged me 129$. It was 70$ here. The young man was very helpful and had my phone fixed in an hour! My laptop needed a new battery, so based past experience, I took it to this place. They needed to order the battery I needed and it would take about 5 days. Sounded fine, so I left it there. Imagine my surprise when I got a call a few hours later saying my computer was ready to pick up. Seems they'd ordered a battery for another customer who had to cancel their repair, so they were proactive and used it for my computer! That's excellent customer service! Do NOT go here for iphone repair!! I called them about needing a new camera lens cover for my iphone 11pro and they said they could do it in about an hour. I dropped off my phone and came back an hr later. There was dust and lint all over inside the lens cover. I couldn't stay to have them do it again as I had just gotten groceries. A couple of days later I was at work and it was raining. I had the phone in my fleece jacket under my rain jacket so it did NOT see any rain, maybe just a little humidit. ALL of the cameras fogged up. None of my clients had any issues with their phones, nor have I ever had this issue. 2 weeks later and one camera on the back is still useless and my face ID won't work on the front camera. Upside? He didn't charge me the $40 he quoted. Downside: I saved $40 and now my $1200 Iphone 11 Pro cameras are trashed. DO NOT TAKE YOUR IPHONE HERE!! read more

Turns out, my computer had contracted all sorts of nasty stuff, but Ryan (I think... my apologies!) cleared everything up in a little over a day and was super nice and helpful about everything. I love that he went out of his way to explain the process to me a few times and also offer some pretty helpful tips. I took my iPad 2 to Mac Repair because of an issue with the LCD hardware. Mac Repair was so nice and honest, that they told me that it would save me money to take it to the Apple store because it was still under warranty and Apple would probably replace my entire unit at no charge. I took Mac Repair's advice and was able to get a replacement iPad 2 without any problems! Never, ever, again. The original replacement screen that they installed failed and when they replaced it a 2nd time the touch ID sensor was damaged and could not be repaired. The audio performance of the phone was seriously compromised and calls were almost inaudible. I suspect that the speaker &/or the microphone was mis-aligned / bumped in some manner during the most recent repair attempt. I took the phone back AGAIN and the result of their work was a dead phone. The position of the store is very clear, my problem not theirs. The staff was polite. The owner was also polite and she refunded the cost of the replacement screen. I will go to an Apple store in the future as I simply cannot risk having a single screen repair result in a dead phone. read more

They said they close at 5 pm on Thursday but I went at 415 to get my screen fixed and they were already closed. Super unprofessional and immature. I can't deal with my cracked screen and these people need to learn how run a business and stick to what their times are. Super disappointed and let down. I got my iphone 5c screen fixed here. Later that day it started too burn so hot i couldn't hold it - went on for 20 minutes. I could smell the burning electronics. Fried. Then screen went black. Brought it in and they found that a loose screw had punctured the battery. They replaced the battery but refused to replace the (3 month old) phone. They would not admit that it was their fault. Lesson: take it to the Apple store. Its more expensive but they won't ruin your much more expensive phone and will guarantee their work. read more

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. I had my iphone 6 repaired may 31st, 2016 here and not even a month later my phone screen was blacking out and popping out. I had put it in an otterbox and not dropped it once. The screen one morning randomly sprouted a crack and now my whole phone is shot. I have called several times to have it replaced and they will not return any of my calls or answer.
