Everyone has their own opinion but I wouldn't put too much stock into complaints about the two day wait. My tablet did take two days but only because he didn't have the screen he needed in stock at the time. Personally I don't mind a two day max wait if the job is being done right which it was. Saw all the great reviews on this place. What really hooked me in was this "100% satisfaction guaranteed" that they have on their site so I decided to go and check them out. Came in and he told me that it would be $130 to fix the screen. At first I didn't want to pay it but he assured me that I was in safe hands with his 90 day money back guarantee on the receipt. I was still unsure but I decided to pay it because I needed my phone for my business. Instantly I noticed the cheaper material that they use. The color was different and I was having trouble getting it to work properly. About a month and a half later my phone randomly shuts off while on a zoom call. -No physical damage -No water damage Just cheap material. It would not turn on. I come back to the store the following day and explain to him my situation and show him my receipt. At first he tells me that I must've damaged it or dropped it but I told him that it wasn't possible. I have a case and it's always on me. I would know if I dropped it. He then tells me that replacing the LCD is not apart of the money back guarantee policy and that if I wanted to fix my phone I would have to make another purchase of $130!
