I came in with a problem with my Samsung Galaxy Tablet. I was changing out my sim card and broke the sim card tray. I had a small piece in the tablet I could not remove. He took it and within a few minutes he was able to remove it. TRE is really great and got me back and running very quickly. For the Peoria location: don't bother making an appointment here because they don't honor it or call you to let you know. They'll just let you show up with your devices and tell you they can't get to them for multiple days even though you were told by making the appt they'd have them done same day. Which I purposefully made the appt for a Saturday because I WFH and need my lap top during the week. Such a waste of time and zero customer service from the guy that told us our appointment wouldn't be honored and from Tre (the one who made the appt) that was there and didn't even bother to intervene to at least apologize. I phoned from work with an older company phone to ask if coming in was warranted. The person on the phone was very helpful and encouraged me to come in when it was convenient for me. I headed over and was greeted by a smiling and refreshingly positive staffer named Frenchy. She was a wealth of knowledge and so happy to be of assistance to me with the stone aged phone. She ran diagnostics on the phone and I was able to leave with confidence I knew the issue with the phone. It was such a pleasure to meet this young woman! Be warned. The service they provide is fine. But if you pay by card, they will charge you a 3 1/2% convenience fee, which does not show up on the receipt. When we went to reconcile our bank statement and receipts, we thought we had been overcharged. When I went in to the store to ask about it, The technician was very quick to point out that they have a piece of paper taped to the wall telling about the convenience fee. I would highly recommend avoiding this place. They acknowledged they installed a faulty new screen on my iPhone X. The screen was peeling away from itself. The tech said he'd never seen it before, but the manager refused to help since it was out of the 90 day warranty, I would have to pay another $200 to get a new one installed. It seems they put poor products in, and they do not stand behind them. My new screen didn't last 6 months. read more

My Galaxy S10e had a crack in the screen, so I made an appointment and dropped it off with Samuel at the store about 5pm. He said it would take about 3 hours to switch out the glass, so I decided to pick it up the next day. Not an hour later, he called my husband's phone to apologize that he didn't notice that it was only the screen protector that was cracked! He said to come get it anytime and there would be no charge. He could have charged me, but that good will goes a long way with me. I hope I don't need them again, but I will come back here if I do.. Awesome! read more

Called one store to have my iPhone 11pro fixed after it dropped i got a price for a new screen the guy said $450 & $550 + for a OEM screen from Apple so I called another location, they said $350 for the aftermarket screen replacement & $450 for a oem Apple screen, then I called a THIRD location they said $279.99 so I called another location then my FIFTH location which is this one said the same $279.99 cool so I figured that's The right price, then I take my phone in for a replacement & he fixed it 20 mins later, okay cool my phone was @ 62% the next morning then my screen blacked out the whole day..... so I go back to get it fixed & now my fucking phone is blacking out & not responding when ever... this company is a load of bullshit tbh. Laptop crapped out and I thot hard drive must have died. Took it in and first contact person walked me thru the procedure and associated potential costs. Got a call the next day with the bad news that the hard drive in fact died. U was pleasantly surprised there was no charge because they couldn't fix it. Do NOT use this establishment. They are scam artists and do not warranty their repairs - even as stated on the website and on the receipt! I had the back glass replaced on my iPhone and within three days it broke again. The employee, Trent, not only would not replace the glass again as stated on the warranty but got into a shouting match with me on the telephone. I should have seen the red flags when they asked me to pay for the service in cash and forego my insurance since they were giving me a "deal." Buyer beware! I will not recommend this shop, nor will I do business with them again. read more

Took an iPhone in for a screen replacement. The digitizer broke. When dropping off had to wait about a half hour, due to the guy being new I suppose. There were two people behind the counter as well just helping him. . Dropped the phone off, got a call the next day stating They needed to use oem parts for a proximity sensor and that it was gonna cost $300 to repair. When I said I wasn't gonna pay that, the price dropped to $200. Did not realize it was a negotiation. Asked them just to put it back together I will come get it. Pick it up and it wouldn't even turn on so wasn't able to transfer anything. Which I would have, prior to them opening it up. Kind of suspect on that front. read more

My iPhone was dropped and started making a weird noise when you press the home button. I dropped the phone off for a diagnostic and they simply tighten some screws and did not charge me anything. Really great honest service! I'm sure other places would've charged me something and they simply said we can't charge for simply tightening a couple screws. I went in for an iPhone 7 battery replacement after calling the day before and being told they have a price match guarantee. Their "guarantee" isn't. They want $99. At first, he stated that a price match had to be within the marketing area. Ok. That rules out a Tempe company that offers replacement for $49. How about across the street at a battery place for $60? He said he couldn't price match that either, so I took my business across the street. read more

They fixed my phone no problem and i was happy about that. I went back in 2 weeks later with the warranty that they give you when you get your phone fixed and that's when i got annoyed. The left side of my phone just stopped working, i didn't drop it, slam it, or get any liquids of any sort on it. I brought it in to see if they'd fix it and they found one little scratch, not a crack, a little hairline scratch on the surface of my phone probably a centimeter long. They told me they can't fix it cus of the scratch so i would have to pay. The guy was also very rude towards me. They find anyway to get around your warranty so they don't lose money. I ended up going to another location in peoria, and they gave me a discount but still. They do good with fixing but won't admit they messed up. read more
