Took my watch phone in for a new battery because mine was only holding a charge for 12 - 15 hrs. It took 4 days to get it back. 18 hours later it stopped working so I took it back. They said it was probably a defective battery. 4 days later they call and said my phone was beyond repair. It was working fine when I brought it in. Now it's broken. It was less than 2 years old. When I asked for the $120 I paid for the battery, they refused. So I'm out my $449 watch and the $120 I paid them for the battery and didn't get the phone back because I feel that they broke it. The first time I came back for it, they brought out someone else's phone. Inept workers and the managers refusal to refund the cost of the battery says it all. read more

Computer Emergency!!!, Laptop died just before I had to go into the hospital for surgery. I needed all apps and data transferred to a new laptop, like now. I brought my laptop in for repair and was told it would be a quick process. Not only did I receive zero updates, but they also ordered the wrong part which was the only time they updated me but proceeded to say it'll take longer and that they would keep me updated, which they did not. I had to call twice just to get any answers about what was going on. Each time I was given empty promises and was told it would be ready "by the end of the week" but my laptop ended up sitting there for over a month. The only reason I brought it there was because I needed it in a certain time frame. So, if you enjoy being pushed aside, misled, and like wasting your time, by all means, bring your devices here. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. I'll list a few for you, Steve's Computer Repair, Rogers Technology Solutions, AllGen Computers :) They promised they would "make it up to me" for the delay and miscommunication, but absolutely nothing was done to fix their mistake. Went in to get my battery fixed only to have the same issue happen again. While at the store they also broke my screen and i was there 3 hours trying to get my screen added to my phone. Tried to get my phone fixed again by apple instead of them and apple told me the person who repaired my phone broke my phone which is why my battery issues got worse and lost screws needed for the repair. I was helped today by Promise and he did a fantastic job. My screen was cracked and only partially responsive, and my battery had also exploded. These guys were able to everything fixed and working perfectly, along with a new screen protector, in just over an hour. Promise even showed me how to register an account for a free cleaning and screen protector. I have an Asurion protection plan for my phone through ATT and it is absolutely worth it--saved me at least $500 today. read more

Update 9/17: Screen failed again. I Urge you, do not go to this place. It's a joke. The owner is a joke also. He told me this was not something he would warranty. The phone has no physical damage, the screen has no physical damage. But the screen is dead. He wanted to charge me full price again. I asked him what he would warranty and he dodged the question. What a terrible place. I left and took my phone too 2 other phone repair shops. One of which is currently repairing my phone for a discounted price. They both told me they would have covered the screen under warranty because there is no physical damage. They also told me that ubreak has a contract with Samsung and not apple. So their apple repair parts are the very cheapest available in the market. This explains why my repair keeps failing. This place is terrible and they will steal your money. DONT SHOP HERE Update 9/11: Called the provided 1-877 number and was left on hold for over 35 minutes. What a joke. Further tells me this company does not care about customer service. So dissatisfied. I broke the screen on my iPhone XR last month. The phone is over 1yr old. I took it in and they charged me for a new screen. Perfect no issues. I few days ago I start to see color bars down my screen. I decide to take it in today, since I figured it would be covered under warranty. The guy quickly opens it and says water got into the phone so he had to charge me a new screen. I was surprised because the phone is suppose to be water resistant. He blamed Apple and said it was not his issue. My argument was, I had the phone for over a year with zero water issues. But then Ubreak opened it, put a new screen and "sealed" the phone and now I have water issues in less than 1 month. . I'm very disappointed In their service. I ended up paying the $119 because I needed by damn phone. I would not recommend this place. They clearly don't own up to their warranty and obviously terrible quality. read more

I had an amazing experience at this location! I was traveling and needed the back of my iPhone x max fixed as soon as possible. They ordered the glass overnight and were so kind and eager to make sure I had my phone fixed! When my phone was finished, I didn't know that they had closed early due modified hours due to COVID, and they stayed 10 minutes after closing to make sure I got my phone.
