Awful experience and they double charged me and would not honor their price match guarantee. They charged me $380 to replace the back glass screen on my iPhone 16 Pro when their own universal price chart on their website indicates it is $199 for nonmembers. This is very deceptive and sneaky business practices. I will not be doing any more business unless they're willing to resolve this issue. The individual I dealt with was reasonable, but the management is Ludacris. I will take this review down if you are willing to stand by your own policy and price match when Apple will replace the back glass screen for $179 Otherwise I'm warning people to stay away. I've called several other iPhone repair shops in town and most of them can do this repair for about $159-$200 for an OEM back screen replacement. read more

We've had them repair multiple things. They fixed the screen on my XR and price matched, great repair. They fixed the charging port on a iPhone 7 and then replaced the speaker for no additional charge.
