Once finished he told me to unlock test it out and the home button was a bit glitchy so he gladly adjusted it and viola phone screen was fixed. A pleasure to do business with! The first time I cracked my screen I went to some place called zoom or something rather off march and 5 and they wanted my unlock code, I was like for what, he says so we can check it, I was like I'll be here to check it myself, then he's like well it'll be an hour, I said that's fine, 15 minutes later it was fixed. Yelled and cussed me out almost immediately upon telling him we had to take the phone to the Apple Store to fix the repair he did. He dropped the f-word over a handful of times, accused me of trying to scam him despite being provided receipts from Apple, and graciously said I was f*cking crazy and must have a f*cking comprehension problem. He is highly argumentative, defensive , disrespectful, clearly has very little emotional control, and unskilled to handle himself professionally when pressed about the quality of his work. Strongly suggest going elsewhere for a screen repair on an Apple device. It is highly unlikely the repair will work and have fun dealing with his emotional instability if you tell him you are dissatisfied with his services. His screen repair caused the phone to consistently freeze requiring a restart of the phone every time. We ended taking it to Apple and had to pay for them to replace the screen he had installed. The Apple tech said 3rd party screens frequently do not work correctly as the phone can not authenticate the part causing the phone to malfunction. Inspection on the internal components also showed that a cowling (bracket) around the battery was missing. Note that once Apple replaced his after market screen, the phone has worked perfectly. read more

If you want terrible customer service and to work with someone who's rude and disrespectful, this is your guy. I saw from the reviews that he responds to texts well, but my fiancé decided to give him a call instead since it's easier. He called him twice, no answer, so then texted him and he responded immediately. If his phone was right there, I'm not sure why he couldn't pick up but could only text?? Anyway, we asked how much it was to replace an iPhone 6 battery and if his yelp check in offer is valid for this. He said it was $60 and the check in offer is only good for a screen repair (although it says any repair, so he needs to update it if that's the case). We thought that was a little pricey and ended up going over to Quick Fix to get it replaced for $40 (and amazing customer service! He didn't have another battery we needed and he called another business and sent us over there to help us out. Something this guy over here definitely wouldn't do). So then maybe 6 or so hours later, he texted my fiancé again saying he assumed we went someplace else, which my fiancé responded just saying where we went, how much it was and that he did a great job. Well apparently this really upset this iCare guy (which is funny that's his business name cuz he definitely does not care), and he kept sending us text after text about how his batteries aren't after market and ours were cheaper because it's gonna ruin our phone and so on and so on. So my fiancé responded asking why he's so upset we went somewhere else and the guy just wouldn't stop harassing my fiancé. It's clear he had no business going on because if he did, he wouldn't be texting us nonstop. My fiancé didn't respond to him much, but when he did the guy asked him why he's still talking to him? Ummm you're the one still trying to talk to my fiancé! My fiancé told him that we would definitely be writing a yelp review on him, and he guy threatened to go to yelp support with our texts which is hilarious because the texts only make him look worse. So to show you how terrible his customer service is, we've attached our conversation with him to this review (obviously my fiancé is the gray and he's the blue). Then he had the nerve to tell us he was going to block our number as if we were the ones harassing him. I can't believe how unprofessional of a businessman he is. He can't even pick up a phone, so that's your first sign. He bashes on his competition rather than being respectful of customer opinions, second sign. And he harasses his customers, third sign. If you're like me, it's not just the quality of the products you're receiving that's important, the customer service and the business mission are important to me as well. He definitely does not care about his customers and should rethink his business name.. maybe from iCare to iTrash other phone repair companies. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I sent Matt a text message about getting a couple iPhone batteries replaced. He replied and told me the price was $60. A few hours later I received a random audio recording of him via iPhone text messaging using some extremely disgusting/degrading language about a woman named Lauren. On the morning of Wednesday 3/1/17, I made a call to Matt for a quote on an iPhone 6s Plus. He mentioned to me that it'll be 135$ for the aftermarket screen which is the one I purchased. He informed me that the screen is bent and that it is best to keep it in a rubber case. He installed it in a timely mannered fashion which I was extremely pleased about. Two weeks have passed and my phone cracked falling off the bed into carpet. I give him a call on the morning of 3/15/17 and asked what he can do for me regarding his warranty. He stated that the only thing he can do is 10$ off which will come to $125.... But I just paid 135$ two weeks prior ... In addition, attached is a screen shot of Matt telling other yelpers that "all repairs come with the 90 day warranty it's as simple as coming back and having the screen swapped out..." False! It is not as easy as that and he does not stand by it one bit. I even offered to purchase parts and pay for labor and he refused as well . Matt has been fixing my family's iPhones since I found him on Yelp maybe 7+ years ago. Quick to respond to my texts and typically available the same day you contact him. He's replaced a cracked screen and batteries in 2 different phones. We tend to keep our iPhones for awhile so our batteries end up failing over the years which is normal. Instead of buying a new $1000+ iPhone, I'll just replace the battery. We had a bit of a hiccup when the batteries he had for my mom's phone weren't holding a charge. He was able to get a new battery a day and half later. Met him at the local Starbucks off of Morada Ln where he sets up his mobile shop and now all is good with my mom's phone for only $60. Only took about 10min for the repair. I prefer going to Matt who does all the work in front of you instead of some phone repair shops who'll take your phone in the back and who knows what they are doing back there... I found this business on Yelp because I was desperately looking for someone to fix my cracked screen. I decided to find someone to fix my phone outside of my phone carrier because for one it's cheaper. I pay $11.99 a month for a whole year to have insurance and when I contacted my phone company they said I have to submit a claim and be approved.. blah blah. I added that in because going to these kinds of business will help you in the long run and save you money. I paid Matt $99 to fix my cracked screen which is great compared to $121 yearly I cash out to my phone carrier+ they charge $89 to fix the screen. Matt provided me with a standard screen for my 6s+ phone. The standard screen is the cheaper version of the ultra HD phone that iPhones usually come with but there really isn't a major difference in them at all. Matt meets you at the coffee shop inside Raleys and fixes it in front of you! It only takes a good 20-25 minutes! I only deducted one star because the screen I received has a tiny little spot where it seems the color of the screen is messed up a little. This may be because I purchased the standard screen which is cheaper than the ultra hd screen. I'm glad I found this business though!
