They couldn't fix one of the ECU repairs I purchased and promised a refund multiple times, yet…read morenever gave me a refund. After asking multiple times about it, they just decided to ghost me after eBay's return window had closed. They're also unable to do simple math and calculate what a refund should be. In addition to that, they request that the buyer ship the items to fix via UPS, yet on return shipping they cheap out and go USPS. I even had two products in this first shipment that they risked back with USPS. With this kind of hypocrisy, I wonder what they're doing behind the scenes as regards to taking care of the customer's belongings. By the looks of the reviews here they will do what they're paid to do when they have to meet you face to face, but would happily steal from you when you have no recourse. No honest business would do something like this.
