Great service and great pricing. I've been here about 4 times and haven't had a problem. Definitely recommend.

Ok so they're not super-friendly, but they fixed my iPhone 5c screen in 45 minutes for $109 just like they said they would.

I brought my iPad 2 in because we thought something was wrong with the LCD connector (base on research).

My phone finally decided it wouldn't charge at all last night. I'd been dealing with it being a…read morepain to charge for over a year. I had to put it in all special positions just to have it catch a charge. Today I was out of sorts since it was completely dead. I knew it was not the battery. It was the charging port. No charging cord worked for it even though it worked on my hubby's phone. I did some research on cell phone repair in the area and this one stuck out to me the most. Gizmo Pros definitely lived up to their reviews. I called and the guy who answered was very nice and personable. I let him know the issue and asked him how much it would be to fix. He was very straight forward and helpful and I appreciate that. I set up an appt to come in. He took care of it right away. It took about 30 minutes to fix and there is also a Yelp check in for a free screen saver so he took care of that for me. I am happy that I went to Gizmo Pros. This business is not in a very high traffic area for all. It's in the Meadowpointe neighborhood. But definitely go out of the way for this business. They will be a great help for your cell phone, iPad, and lap top repair. They also have cell phone accessories and phones.

I dropped off my iPhone 13 Pro to have the screen replaced, but they installed a lower-quality…read morescreen without clearly explaining the difference between the options. After the replacement, my phone's battery started draining much faster. I went back and paid extra to upgrade to an OLED screen, but that replacement didn't even last a few months before the display started failing. Eventually, the screen went completely black. When I returned to have it checked, I was told there was nothing they could do because the warranty had expired. No solutions were offered or help. I had to beg for the gentleman to open it up to at least take a look if anything was loose. Just a suggestion to pay for another new screen and "see what happens." Overall, very disappointing experience and quality of parts.

I used to be a medium sized business customer who depended on OD for all my office needs. I've been…read morea customer for over 30 years. After retiring my need for office supplies decreased dramatically, but I would still stop in for an occasional chair, or other rech purposes. The store, likely because of Amazon and Internet, purchasers, is pretty much empty during the day but for the , they seem to have adequate personnel staffing it. However lately I have unfortunately had to deal with their combined FedEx/printing kiosk, and now try to avoid it whenever possible. The last couple times that I have gone in to do a FedEx drop off an older gentleman that was working both and treated me as though it was a privilege for him to give me any of his time. Very abrupt and quite frankly rude. I watched him deal with other customers on printing services and they were treated no better. I don't know if he dislikes his job or dislikes having to deal with people. Unfortunately, it is by miles the closest store to but like this has caused me to use UPS stores, particularly the one down the road about 3 even . Their printing services were extremely convenient. The people were willing to help, and remarkably the cost was about 40% less. So I'm sorry Office Depot but you have given me no reason to return unless absolutely required. I hate to write a review based only on a part of its operation or a particular employee but when that is the only reason you use the store I feel it is both fair and appropriate.

I went in to ship something. I needed a box. The guy behind the counter pointed to the small…read moreshipping supplies area next to where you drop the packages off. Ok I'll go look. They didn't have what I needed. I left to go on the hunt. The kid was so rude I thought of heading down to the FedEx store on BBD near 75 but then thought of the time it would take and I figured I'm just dropping it off I can handle his attitude for a short interaction and went back in to drop my package off. I'm standing at the counter for a few minutes as he's literally meandering around behind the counter just touching the machines and OMG did he just twirl around? He knew I was there. I have no idea why tf he's being like this, all I did was ask him a question the last time I was in. Finally after he's touched all the machines he looks up and addresses me. At this point I don't even trust him with my package. All I could muster was a FU and OMG! And I walked out. Like seriously - what was that about? Typically I'm gonna give retail employees all the grace in the world - but this guy? Not a chance. I don't go there often so me saying I'll never shop there again means nothing. But really? They don't offer anything we can't get elsewhere.

The irony: I live in the area and I wanted to support someone local - to my neighborhood... well I…read moregot really punished for trying this way - note that I had the option to go with the geek squad. So an old double oven went out on me, and the tech came by and get this: was there for two minutes - I swear! did not check any breakers, did not even open the over, just looked at it and then said - yeah, it's broken. Typed in his tablet for two minutes - came back, and said - nope we can't find any parts for this model because it is too old - please note that I specifically specified that this model was about 18 years old BEFORE I set the appointment and they assured me that this would NOT be an issue... Fast forward 30 more seconds, and the tech goes like this (and I am NOT kidding): nothing can be done, it will be $169 for the service call - let me restate... he did not even open the over door - let alone take out his multi-meter and check any of the circuit boards. I asked to talk the manager/owner who yeap: laughed at me, and stated they were highly trained techs and that costs money. So $169 for having a tech come by and do absolutely NOTHING, I mean nothing!!!! zero, nada, niente, zilch! did NOT even open the oven door. Now YOU are warned - this is not the good will a reputable company tries to set... this company is now stained with the image of incompetence - to think that what started it all is my desire to help out a local business... I am still in disbelief, but you can avoid my experience - steer clear! Note: Response by owner states that "appliance cannot be troubleshoot from office.." yeah, add "inability to read" to the list - I stated several times, that the tech came by to the house, but did nothing - I would agree that you cannot trouble shoot by just looking at an appliance - which I may add was the only thing the tech did right. Also, I called the office and asked to speak with the manager several times, and he is the one that laughed at me and blew me off! Bonus round - I never got a receipt, I called three times, and asked for the receipt, and they just never sent it to me - and yes... I did check the spam box - these folks are a scam! So let's recap: What they said: "Please feel free to reach out to the office again." My Response: Why? I reached out three times, and you laughed and blew me off - by the way - where is my receipt, I asked for it THREE times What they said: " There is not a way to tell from the office what is wrong with your appliance, hence it cannot be determined what part you need or if it is still available until a technician assesses it." My Response: Did you NOT read what I posted? Your technician did come by, he was in the house, spent 30 seconds looking at it, did not even open the oven door, spent 4 minutes on his tablet, told me it could not be fixed - charged me $169 - geez you see, read before you reply - he WAS in the house - did NOT do anything - charged me $169. Yes, and according to you he did assess it "just by looking at it via psychic powers - as he did NOT even open the oven door! What they said: "Appliances that are 18 years old are routinely repaired." My Response: All evidence to the contrary, NOT in this case! At least I am being courteous enough to protect the identity of your not-so-expert and according to you highly trained technician. And you Mr. Owner, I called you three times, and you ridiculed me and did not care to work with me... so why now?
