I am not one to put bad reviews, but I have to share my experience with Daniel. I called multiples times regarding the warranty on my Phone replacement. My phone replacement was never ordered, never received a follow up. I will not return and I will not refer any of my friends and family. Next time I rather go to corporate rather than a small independent store where someone's big ego won't get in the way of doing their job. I have to say this phone repair shop is truly the best repair shop I have been to. I called first and spoke to Daniel and he is so professional and honest I brought my daughters iPhone XS in and it needed a new screen and he fixed it perfect. He goes over every component with you and he gives you a 90 day warranty as long as you don't crack the screen again. He is very knowledgeable on phones and the different phone carriers. So far they have replaced a screen on a iPhone, a screen on a iPad l, and a battery for my iPhone. All were done very fast and perfect. The phone and iPad look brand new. The prices are great too. I've brought my phone here many times, let me tell you guys I won't go anywhere else. The service is amazing, the work they do is always perfection and they're priced very fair. Not only do they fix the problem, they explain what they're doing before they fix it and make sure it's working before you walk out the door. The disc drive to my ps4 was broken and I spoke to another repair shop that referred me here. I spoke with Nick who let me know that they don't actually fix ps4s but was more than happy to take a look at it for me. I dropped it off to Nick, who has impeccable customer service, and he let me know he'd need a day to look at it. Being right before Christmas, I thought this was a super quick turn around time. Nick actually called me just 6 hours later letting me know the full extent of the problem, as well as the cost. He was completely honest with me and even explained how it'd be similar in price to just buy new. Even though I didn't end up getting it repaired, I had a really great experience here! read more

Long time ago before the world was send into this internment camp environment of isolation and paranoia we used to be able to walk into a store and not wait in a holding pen and wait for staff to come over to the virtual velvet rope and decide if you are worthy enough to come and shop at their store. I took my wife here to buy her phone a couple years ago and she's been ok with hers so I thought since I need to upgrade mine to link to our new 'smart' tv so we can use all its features I'd come here. Boy was that a dumb move. When I got there had to wait in a half assed holding pen of a vestibule that looked like the contractor knew he wasn't going to get paid and left half way thru the project. A door was hung and the frame for the 2nd wall was up but roll / sheet plastic is the only thing up to "protect them" from the outside world. When I was finally acknowledged but a young kid that worked there all he kept asking was what kind of phone was I looking for. I don't live and breathe phones and not up on the trends so I only knew what felt right in my hand , after 5 min of that I gave up trying to get in. There is NO way I'm going to buy a phone sight unseen from a shady store nestled between a gas station and an over priced repair shop (that's another story for a different review) Don't pay for their extended warranty that won't be honored, they'll say what ever the issue is wasn't covered and charge for a new phone they have in stock and you lose any saved data or pics unless it's on a card (wife's 3rd trip thru that merry go round should have been a tip off but wanted to try here anyway) While they sign you up for a verizon account they are definitely only loosely affiliated. Still looking for a place I can at least see the packaging for a new phone and see what kind of brick they're selling read more

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Truly spectacular. My girlfriend and I both cracked our screens and they fixed both of them. She has an iPhone 6+ and it was 65. I have an iPhone 7 and it was 85. They are super friendly and helpful. I had problems with my screen after getting it fixed,(not sure why my girlfriends is just fine) came in two weeks later and they fixed it fifteen minutes. I went in to the gratiot between 15 and 16 mile road. They just opened....I was blown away by the customer service....they offered me a bottle of water to me and made me feel good and made me feel like the work that needed to be done would be correct and complete.... i have had to have them replace 4 screens in the past week. every iphone screen that they have given me, has caused more problems with my phone. they keep telling me to come in to put a new screen on and then told me they will put a broken screen back on and refund the money. has been a huge waste of time and money read more

Fantastic customer service. Showed up with a broken iPhone 6 screen walked out 15 minutes later with a new screen and screen protector with included coupon only cost us $79 including tax.
