Phone repair issue still not fixed…read more Review: I had my phone screen replaced here and from the moment I picked it up it started flickering and glitching. There is no physical damage on the phone at all. The issue clearly came from how it was reassembled. When I went back to address it the first questions I heard were "When did you get it fixed?" "Do you have the receipt?" There was no attempt to even look at the problem. No let's see what's going on. No let's determine whether this is on me or on you. It went straight to assuming it was my fault even though I paid 180 dollars and the problem began immediately after the repair. I was also told it might be because the screen was aftermarket. But aftermarket screens are still supposed to work. Assembly matters. If the repair caused the issue then taking ownership matters. I checked my review history before writing this. I have never written a bad review before. I'm only writing this to protect the next person. If this had been handled with integrity I would gladly leave five stars. Mistakes can be fixed. We all have bad days, but this person was not an example of customer facing professionalism. Didn't speak unless absolutely necessary and that was just the spiel corporate tells them to say. We needed a large cart to move a box from the back of the store. He just pointed to the regular shopping carts. At check out there was no interaction other than 'do you want insurance'. So zero stars for customer service. Not a big deal. They have a nice selection and if we are looking for something they carry we'll stop in again. I picked up my posters and I had asked him how much would he charge to laminate my uncle's obituary card, he quickly grabbed it and took care of it.
