I calling Foxpaw and discussed my situation with a customer serve person, I dropped my phone in a kiosk Saturday night for their water treatment service. Before noon on Sunday, Foxpaw reached out to me with two emails to tell me they were having no problem with my phone and to call them for further direction. In that conversion, the customer service person said that they did not recommend their water treatment service if the phone is now working. They warned that intermittent screen display problem could continue since it had been submerged in water. But, she offered to refund my fee and make my phone available for pick up later that afternoon. It was ready before promised and has been working perfectly.....let's keep hoping. I couldn't ask for better service. My only problem was what that touch screen at the kiosk would not register my touch selections unless I pushed very hard on the screen and it took many, many, many swipes to get the card reader to read my credit card.
