They could listen to the customer and not insist on messing up accounts that are irrelevant. I tried to get my screen repaired through insurance, I had already turned off the find my feature, and they insisted I had to shut it off for every account that was related to my Verizon plan. After calling asurion, the parent company, they stated that was incorrect and I should have received the service that was owed me through the insurance plan. Update - after going to Apple, they confirmed shutting off "find my" for phones and accounts not tied to the phone being repaired is unnecessary. read more

Went for a screen fix, and was initially so grateful, but hours after the fix realized my microphone is broken. I called and was told to come all the way back to the store to get it fixed, and no one there could even tell me why or what was wrong with my phone or apparently help me. I was then told that its a software issue, and the guys specifically said "Whatever you've been downloading, delete it" in a way that full transparency was like he was hinting at some sort of porn virus or something. I was very offended cause I don't have anything weird on my phone, nor do I download. Tell me how me going for a screen repair, then having my mic not work, is now all apparently due to something I may have downloaded. If that was the case, then wouldn't my microphone be broken before? It worked for a second after they changed it to safe mode, but it was clear they had no idea what they were even doing, and were even shocked that it worked. Once I got home, it stopped working and I'm told my only options are to reset my entire phone, or a "digital witchunt" for this magical file that is stopping my microphone from working specifically after I got a repair, and ONLY AFTER. Very upset cause seemed so promising, but I felt like I was treated like I was an idiot, and that the workers just wanted to get rid of me, instead of help. I feel very hopeless and assume I will have to now reset my phone when all I wanted was to fix my screen. I will wish I can give -stars if I go to reset it, and the microphone still doesn't work. WARNING: DO NOT TAKE YOUR DEVICE TO THIS PLACE!! My PS4 stopped reading CDs suddenly, so I decided to take to this place for fixing. This was the only problem I had with my PS4: not reading any CDs, but it was turning on normally, I could still play digital games with it. My PS4 was with them for 3 weeks and I got it back yesterday (March 25th). When I went to take my PS4 back, the guy told me that "this is now a very heavy paper weight". I didn't understand the "joke" when he told me. Then, I took my PS4 home and tried to turn it on and now, my PS4 doesn't even turn on!!! They ruined my PS4!!!! Now I know the guy told me that stupid "joke". THESE GUYS RUINED MY PS4!!!!!!! Awful customer service, awful service!! These guys don't have any idea about what they are doing!! I've rarely been this disappointed in a business. I paid for a new screen for an iPad and was told I had a 90 day warranty. After the screen was fixed I brought the iPad home, set it on my shelf, and waited for the screen protector and case that was ordered to protect my repaired device. To my surprise, when I next picked up my device there was a crack from the home button to the edge of the screen. This crack spread as I picked up the device to examine it. When I returned to the store and began to explain my surprise about the crack, the first thing I was told (before I even finished my story) was that this was not covered under the warranty. No follow up questions, the employee didn't look at my receipt, or look up my account. Just repeated over and over that physical damage was not covered. I mentioned that the warranty does cover defective material, this was immediately shot down with a suggestion that I couldn't prove that I did not mishandle it. The employee is correct, I cannot prove that. But I didn't, and that's what sucks the most. I'm out $100+ for a new broken screen, which is low quality, evidenced by a tendency to spontaneously crack. I was told I could pay another $100+ for them to fix their low quality screen, but i declined. No discount, no refund, no partial refund, nothing. Please don't waste your time or money, they don't stand behind their work, the warranty is a sham and their replacement parts are junk. read more

Called 4X before calling bountiful. Both Provo and Bountiul told me so jo and Sandy repaired Zfold 3 screens. So after driving up from Provo. Walking into the place with no ppl in it he tells me I had to go to the Sandy store. It would have saved me over an hr if they answered the phone. read more

I came in to get a laptop battery fixed. I walked in today and heard guys laughing and talking in the back room. I waited ten minutes and nobody came up front. They may offer a good service but they are also operating a bait and switch in terms of the pricing that is listed for repairs online compared to once you get in the store. Their website let me pick my specific phone, specific store and specific repair then quoted me a $99.99 total cost yet in the store they try to tell me I am lying and that the real cost is $129.99. Absolutely despicable the level of condescension they give their customers who are going factory by what their own site says. The hey shouldn't act like I am trying to rip them off.
