Every person I communicated with was courteous, knowledgeable, patient, motivated, and genuinely interested in helping me. I had the opportunity to interact with Kaelen, Spencer, and another representative who assisted me by text, and each interaction was excellent. They listened carefully to my questions and concerns, gave me the time and information I needed, and never made me feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. Their communication was prompt, respectful, warm, and professional. They were also very accommodating when I needed to make a change to my appointment. The entire process, from getting information and asking questions to receiving the estimate and authorizing the work, was easy and comfortable. Their pricing was competitive compared with other companies I contacted, and I felt confident about my decision before moving forward. I especially want to recognize Malachi, who performed the work at my home. He deserves five stars of his own. My solar panels had a serious pigeon problem, with a significant amount of accumulated debris underneath them. Malachi arrived punctually and began working at approximately 8:30 in the morning. He then spent hours on my roof in the intense August Las Vegas heat, working carefully and consistently throughout the entire job. After seeing the before-and-after photos, I gained an even greater appreciation for how demanding and detailed this work actually is. Installing mesh around approximately 20 solar panels on a tiled roof is certainly not a matter of simply attaching material around the edges. Because of the raised shape of the roof tiles, the mesh had to be carefully fitted and individually cut in many small areas so that it could conform properly around the panels and roof. It requires patience, precision, and a tremendous amount of hands-on work. Malachi did an excellent job. The installation was neat, detailed, and professional. He was also extremely respectful of my property. The cleaning underneath the panels resulted in a considerable amount of pigeon debris coming down from the roof, and he didn't simply finish the roof and leave. He thoroughly cleaned the areas around my home that had been affected by the falling debris and left everything in very good condition. That level of care meant a great deal to me. A family member was also able to see the work firsthand, and we were both extremely impressed by the amount of effort involved and the quality of the finished job. And most importantly, the solution is working beautifully. The pigeons can no longer get underneath the solar panels. After years of having to clean my patio and courtyard as often as twice a day because of the mess, the difference has been remarkable. A few pigeons may still occasionally return and sit on the roof out of habit, but the overwhelming problem has essentially disappeared. My patio and courtyard are staying clean, and that alone has made an enormous difference in my daily life. I also want to mention something I believe customers should consider. Work like this is physically demanding, especially on a Las Vegas roof in August. After seeing firsthand how much effort, precision, and time Malachi put into the job, I was very happy to give him a tip. Of course, tipping is a personal decision, but I would encourage anyone who is able to do so to recognize the individual doing this kind of difficult work, particularly under such extreme summer conditions. Thank you, Malachi, Kaelen, Spencer, and the entire PGN PROS team, for making my experience with your company such a positive one. Over the years, we had our stairs repaired multiple times because no one bothered to figure out what the underlying issues were. Jarrell took the time to get to the bottom of what the issues were and came up with the appropriate solutions. We weren't just looking for someone who can do the job, we were essentially looking for someone who can permanently fix the issues with our stairs. And that person was Jarrell. Of the handful of contractors we have previously hired and ultimately failed, Jarrell was the one and only person who delivered and actually understood the assignment. Upon making an initial appointment for an estimate with Jarrell, he did contact me to let me know that he was on his way. He was on time. As per my request, he did contact me upon arrival and remembered not to ring the doorbell. Jarrell provided multiple estimates that we could choose from. Each estimate clearly listed all of the work that would be done, so that we would all be on the same page. With his attention to detail, Jarrell had remembered to include tasks that we had previously discussed verbally in the estimates. More importantly, he did follow through and complete these said tasks. Meaning, he is on top of things and doesn't need to be reminded. Jarrell is a man of his word. Punctuality Punctuality was taken very seriously. Jarrell consistently showed up on time on the dates and times he announced he would be working on the stairs. Communication Jarrell always kept an open line of communication. He welcomed questions and concerns. With my experience with previous contractors, I've always found this to be lacking and a struggle. Therefore, I was pleased with Jarrell's forthcoming communication that lasted throughout the entire project. Transparency Jarrell was transparent about fees and costs. These were communicated in advance. He is honest and trustworthy. Respectful After each time Jarrell came to work on the stairs, him and Arlene cleaned up, this included sweeping and tidying up the garage. This may be deemed common practice, however, with our previous experience with other contractors, it actually isn't common practice. Jarrell and Arlene also had things put away neatly and organized. Garbage produced from the project was also removed from the premises. Craftsmanship The quality of his work speaks for itself. There is attention to detail and precision. You should know by now how unbelievably difficult it is to find someone like Jarrell in Las Vegas. With hiring Jarrell, what you are paying for is someone who will complete the job correctly the first time.
