The previous night we had a random gust of wind and heard a loud bang on the roof. Next morning we saw one our vents had detached itself from the roof. Juan was able to come the same day and repair the issue in 10 minutes. Giving us a huge peace of mind and pointed out issues he could see from a previous repair. He did an inspection of our roof for us and took photos of all the areas with cracked tiles and even fixed an additional spot that could've lead to more issues in the future. GHOSTED! FAKE BUSINESS LICENSE, NO INSURANCE I really liked Juan when we met for the roof leak repair quote. I thought we hit off, sharing personal family stories. I was going to hire him. He promptly sent me a competitive quote. I replied asking when we could schedule the work, and mentioned I had forgot to ask about his license and insurance. He has completely ghosted me, no reply to my text or email messages. I've waited week before posting this review, thinking maybe he's sick or something happened. The business license number he lists on his quote is a fake number, not registered with the state. I then looked under his full name and the company name, thinking the number he lists is a typo, but there are no licenses under those names either. Ya know, a lot of workers don't have a license or insurance. He could have just said, sorry, I don't have a license or insurance. I would have been disappointed but not feel unfairly disrespected. I'm surprised he chose ghosting and listing a fake license. It's one thing not to put a license on a quote but it's probably a crime to list a fake number on-purpose. read more
