2 weeks ago when the wind and rain the upstairs top corner of my shingle roof started to come up and shingles were falling off. I had King Roofing come out and fix it. They did an amazing job and they also found other problems that the A/C company and solar company did on their installs. Don and Oscar came out very promptly and fix my plethora of problems. Oscar was a true professional businessman. His crew and he did a fantastic job and we are truly satisfied with the quality of the repair.

I can't stand dealing with contractors , however as these things are sometimes necessary for homeowners you naturally want one that's competent and honest. I don't know about other homeowners in the valley but as for me I think Oscar's a stand up dude. I had a few hiccups but the guy showed up when we said, brought all of his guys with him and fixed the problem. It's one thing to have a few issues after a big job like a brand new roof, the part people like me get heartburn over is not being able to get hold of the contractor to come and fix the re-work or repairs. These guys do good quality work at reasonable prices and they are established in our community and available after the job is finished and paid for to fix any warranty issues I had. Oscar's a good dude and runs a tight ship, you could do a hell of a lot worse as far as roofing contractors go. I would absolutely recommend king roofing and would have no problem hiring them again. read more

This is the first time in 30 years that I've had to have a roof installed. I have to say this is so much better than my initial roof. The quality of product and workmanship is superb. Attention to detail and respect of my property was above and beyond. If only every company had employees that were as courteous, talented and detail orientated. This moron is contracted with Universal Solar Direct and climbed my roof without permission and after I specifically told Universal Solar Direct that he can't be used. I could have shot the idiot for trespassing since he was "taking a sample of my roof" meaning he was going to break another roof tile which the solar company did and still remains damaged. Has additional terrible reviews of shoddy work and climbing on to peoples homes without permission. Stay away from either company. read more

King Roofing is the BEST! I had a very difficult project and they took care of it and kept me happy the entire time (which can be very hard to do). During the renovation, the contractor King Roofing hired to deliver the shingles leaked oil all over my driveway. King Roofing promised to handle it. Don and Oscar personally came out to my driveway again and again until I was satisfied. They went above and beyond to ensure I was happy. I wish every contractor I used tried to please their clients the way King Roofing did. read more

My insurance company recommended King Roofing, Oscar came out to do an estimate. I received a second estimate from another company that was at least 6 times the price. I called Oscar back and asked when he could do the work he said the next day. His team arrived the next day and was professional efficient and fast. The work was well done at a great price with a warranty. He sent pictures of the issues, work in progress and complete project. Oscar was professional, friendly and a pleasure to work with. Worked with Marcos from king roofing to get our chimney flashing repaired/ replaced and a separate section of the roof repaired and replaced. It was worth the wait! They did a professional job, looks great, they photographed all stages of work for our records, warranty their work, and charge a reasonable price! highly recommend, they are busy as heck so be patient. read more

Had these guys scheduled to make a repair on a leaking roof back in Feb. They never showed up and neglected to give this consumer a courtesy call before hand. Whose got time for that? They acted like they didn't want the job. Reason being Marcos never called back when he said he would. My fault for dealing with them. My insurance company was contacted by King Roofing. I called them the morning they were supposed to come and look at my roof. Marcos said we were on the list. They were supposed to come between one and three. At 5:30 I called again and had to leave a message. At 6;30 I called again but could not leave another message because their massage machine was full. King Roofing is one of the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL contractors I have ever dealt with. I contacted them the first week of April... they sent someone to assess the damage to my roof from a wind storm and assured me they would be here to meet with the insurance adjuster. They were given almost 2 weeks notice of the date and time but failed to show. After weeks of no response to calls and texts, Oscar and Marcos made what seemed like legitimate excuses for the person I had been dealing with and Marcos met with my adjuster. That was May 24th... it is now June 16th and they have failed to contact me as promised. If they are too busy or consider this job too small, they should have at least communicated that to me. I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt because a framing contractor gave me their name and they had a good rating on the BBB site - whose site I also plan to leave a review. The only reason I'm giving the a one star rating is because I can't continue without doing so. read more

I received a quote from Marco with King Roofing. Once I called Marco back to confirm a date to start the job, Marco never returned my calls or never replied to my emails. I tried calling again after 2 weeks & was able to get a hold of him. Marco mentioned that he provided me with an incorrect quote that he had to talk to his boss and would return my call back with the new quote in 10 minutes & never did. Terrible customer service.
