I gave them every opportunity to resolve this professionally. They stopped responding entirely. The roof installation itself was fine. But their warranty is worthless -- and they've essentially said so themselves. The problem is that the work that was done was done by unlicensed contractors, and that when I had made the purchase for the roofing tiles, Hector Santiago use the company Vegas born roofing to place the order, and I just went and purchased them. I did look at the tiles beforehand to see if they were the right color, and they were. The tiles that Hector brought over were not the ones that I had originally purchased. Likely what had happened was that they came to my house and gave me older tiles or tiles from another property not the same ones that I had purchased directly from Gulf eagle supply. When I called the owner of the company, he told me that we never did anything, but I do have photos of his people working on my roof. As a result of this, I have been receiving many HOA complaints since the roofing tiles do not match and I've been receiving fines. When I called the owner, he simply deferred blame. I know that the employees were not licensed because when I had asked them, they told me that they did not have the proper licensing, and that their roofing experience was limited. So I bit the question, what the hell are they doing on my roof then?
