My experience prior allowed me to train under about 3 different instructors. That fact makes me confident to say that coach Ben is the best. Coach Ben's classes are organised in a step by step easy to understand process. The facility is clean and spacious. It has an inviting atmosphere and everyone is friendly. I'm a slow learner and they do a good job working with that here. Coach Ben is good at communicating in a clear and encouraging way. Coach Jen is very knowledgable and informative about anything beyond the mat. They both make a great team and it's impressive how well the location is run.
