I hung up and called the main line and again was on hold for over 10 minutes. No one ever picked up finally gave up. Customer Service with RBFCU seems to be greatly lacking. I recently tried to get some papers notarized for my son and was told after waiting 10 minutes in line that since he did not have an account only I did that they could not notarize his paperwork. I do have a few issues with the website as more than any other website I use, I get login errors more frequently and some general issues with the format and capabilities by which I can view my accounts and transactions, but nothing major. I also wish I could make deposits via ATM machines, but overall I am still very pleased with UHCU; especially compared with my experience at big banks in the past.

Was very disappointed in my interaction with them and their idea of customer service. I am a…read moremember and have an account. We wanted to get an item notarized with my signature and my son's. We were seated and told by the receptionist it would be about 5 minutes. We waited over an hour with the receptionist, who was very polite by the way, telling us that the notary was manning the drive through. Several times she checked on us telling us staying it would just be a few more minutes. After waiting close to an hour the notary came to is and ushered us into an office. She looked at the paperwork and asked if we were members. I said yes I was. She then asked if my son was a credit union member and I told her no but I am and you are notarizing both our signatures. She refused to notarize our signatures and was very rude and put out as how dare we waste her time. I will be switching banks soon after this interaction. I can not recommend this credit union and advise caution if you choose them. So I called the phone number listed below and it is just a main customer service phone number, not an individual supervisor. I waited on hold for several minutes after spending several minutes listening to the options and finally gave up with being able to talk to anyone.
