People must me masked and they temperature check you before you are allowed in. The pedicure area is two stations and small and cozy. They do have the plastic shield in place between you and the technician. They really take their time in every step and it is very relaxing. My gel Polish lasted three weeks and my pedicure was still in good shape over six weeks later. I'm convinced that is because of the amount of time they take on each client. The one downside is that it can take awhile to get an appointment. I was using a Groupon, so I think that made a difference, but it was over a month from when I called before they had their first available mani/pedi appointment.

Not sure what their protocol is in regards to keeping the hallway quiet where there are massage rooms on each side , but it was a bit uncomfortable and hard to get into the relaxing stage due to the noise. The water was held at the end of the hallway , not in the lounge with the tea, which I found to be super inconvenient. Other in the lounge had to seek workers out to ask where water could be as well, just didn't make any sense. The cost for non members was $125 for a 60 minute massage which is kind of absurd . The massage was good but it wasn't worth $125. I understand their tactic is to get you to be a member so the cost is lower , but I think they're missing out on a whole new business opportunity for those who want to just pop in for a massage and not be a member where they are tied down to a monthly contract. For $125 you can get a 90 minute massage at a ton of other spots . Not 60 minutes. Due to the cost, I probably won't come back. But overall it was a nice experience and I always appreciate a very clean business.

He was very warm and inviting from the moment I arrived. Before my appointment, he took the time to review my intake forms and knew areas of concern and what I was looking for with my massage. We discussed my frequent running and tight legs, and he designed a massage specifically targeting my areas of concern. I left not feeling bruised or sore like other deep tissue massages I've had in the past. The manipulation was firm, but also involving limb movement to get into the fascia more deeply. When I lived in the area I used to be a bit more of a frequent client, however since moving out of state, I usually only am now able to visit at the holidays and maybe in the summer. This is a great place for a massage. Within here, I tend to bounce around to different masseuses, and have been very satisfied with them all. They have been friendly, professional, and listened and then focused on the areas of my concern. I tend to like a lot of pressure during massages and have found that they are more than able to provide that for the duration of my appointment. The rooms are comfortable and relaxing with soft music or nature sounds playing in the background (like most places might have). I always head out of the room lighter and am greeted in the reception area with a glass of water by my masseuse providing me with 'after care' instructions like drinking fluids and resting, and once even some additional self-massage tips when I had a chronic back issue. Prices run pretty average for massages here. This is truly a studio focused on healing and wellness, and I am always happy to visit when back in town. As a fun note, they usually offer a small (but welcome) discount on gift certificates purchased in December which makes for a great holiday gift!

I was charged $65 for a 1 hour full body massage today. Did they charge me wrong, or something? Typically, you're looking at $75 to $100 for a deep tissue, hour-long massage. And, when I've paid that in the past, the quality has been no where near what I get from John. Again, he does deep tissue with me, but I'm sure there are a ton of different people on staff, with different tecniques and specialties you can request. I would, and will, suggest this to.
