So much so I will never go there again unless it's something only covered under some of their extra warranties I purchased. One of the reasons for my disappointment, which was driving me insane, is that they provided NO explanation as to why one of my car features was not working according to what my owner's manual stated it should do. When I picked my car, I looked the woman dead in the eye and said "it says it right in the owner's manual!" And she just looked at me like "yea I don't care please leave". And no, I was not rude, I just wanted someone to listen to me and explain why it wasn't functioning. I tried calling 2 other dealerships and they did not answer the phone. Finally, this dealership took my call. They transferred me to service immediately, and then transferred me to Gary who was best equipped to answer my question. Gary took all of the time necessary to research why my car wasn't doing what the manual said it should do. He was patient and just as curious as I was! He figured it out at after looking up my VIN number and checking the code on the part. He explained it to me and even sent me an email so I could see for myself. Super nice, super professional, and plain old good at what he does. If this location wasn't 30 minutes away from me I would 100 percent come here for every single vehicle need based on this experience. These are my kind of people! And quite frankly, if I have another shotty body shop / service experience elsewhere .. I might just make the trip so I can go somewhere that gives me confidence! Thanks a million, Gary!! It seemed like complete chaos. No one was to be found to help us despite several employees walking past us and multiple asking if we'd been helped, seeminglt gling to look for someone to help us. And then nothing happening. This happened 3 times before we finally had someone to help us. Luckily Brooks was fantastic in helping me out - he's the only reason this location receives any stars quite frankly. He was very professional and helpful in letting me test drive and helping me get a great deal.

After inspecting my vehicle, I was presented with an estimate of approximately $4,500 in repairs, not including the cost of replacing all four tires. The estimate didn't seem right to me, so I declined the repairs and went up to pick up my car. I watched the technicians pull my vehicle out of the garage following the oil change, paid my bill, and drove about 30 miles directly to my regular mechanic for a second opinion. I'm incredibly glad I did. After a thorough inspection, my mechanic determined that the extensive repairs recommended by Neighborhood Car Care - Elma were not needed. The only repair my vehicle actually needed was a new set of tires because of the damaged sidewall. Even more concerning, he found blowback oil from an improperly installed oil filter upon lifting the car to do an inspection when I arrived. He explained that the oil filter and O-ring had not been installed correctly during the oil change that had just been completed. He corrected the issue, and I was fortunate he caught it when he did. Left uncorrected, it could have resulted in a catastrophic engine failure. I called Neighborhood Car Care - Elma immediately and explained what my mechanic had found. They apologized and stated they would refund the cost of the oil change. Between the approximately $4,500 repair estimate (before tires) for repairs that my mechanic determined were unnecessary and an improperly installed oil filter on a routine oil change, I have no confidence in the quality of the work performed. A routine oil change should be just that--routine. Based on my experience, I believe it's better to steer clear.

A shuttle just happened to pull up as I dropped off my car and i immediately got a ride home from a very nice man. My car was done 2 hours later (found leak and patched it and also gave me an oil change). The shuttle came to get me right away! I want to say my service advisor Jessica was awesome and I'd love to work with her any-day. And that goes for everyone I came in contact with. Repairs are so much less stressful with service like this and I'm so glad I started working with a dealership for my repair and service needs ... 180 degree difference from going to a shop and in the best way.

My car battery tested unusually low during my inspection, I was asked to come back to double check as it was extremely cold that day. I stopped by a couple weeks later. They are too booked to do, it. Isabella tells me to bring it back Thursday morning. Bring the car back Thursday morning. Patrick clearly annoyed with the fact I was in the shop. Not sure if I wasn't put on the schedule appropriately, or just having a personal bad day. Car battery gets checked. Patrick has battery tested "it's at 56% you're good to go." I inquire if that is normal for a battery I believed to only be a year old? "Yeah new batteries can test as low as 80% in this weather, so 56-80% is acceptable." This was said in front of a full waiting room. I inquire with friends more mechanically inclined than me. I am informed yes l, weather will affect the test but, that's testing at a 2 year old charge. Patrick couldn't be bothered to look up as to when the battery was replaced for me to confirm the date. Didn't discuss how the warranty would be determined. A 24% margin of error seems pretty high for a determining factor on a warranty. Didn't tell me what determines an under performing battery, and what would qualify for replacement. Nor tell me when the warranty expires, to potentially bring it back in warmer weather to test again, before the warranty is null. Very disappointed, this is not reflective of brand and service I have become accustomed to, glad they have a second location. I will be avoiding the Transit location.

Said that I only needed an inspection and a new battery... nothing wrong w/ the car.. then i took my newer car to Scruggs on transit for an oil change.. i get a call back that i needed a lot of work done.. head gasket etc.. something you would think that the dealership would've taken care of...once i received the cost i was ready to cry.. they offered me a 3rd party lender.. YAYYYY!! that was awesome.. the people there are the greatest..Henry, Patrick, Carmine (he did the work on my car), Isabella.. I was treated like one of the family.. i will be going there anytime i need to have something done on the car.. you should go too.... THEY ARE THE BEST!! SO MUCH BETTER THAN THE REST!!
