While I go to another big box gym to spend time with my husband, honestly this could be my only gym. I always do one of the 8 isometric classes and then one of the 3 HIIT classes. Often, I'll use the free weights, kettlebells, TRX straps, and exercise balls in the back (unheated), but I get a great workout in a short period of time. I was curious about the advantages of 3D training (infrared, heat and exercise) and was fascinated by the research in the book written by the founder. Lots of benefits beyond fitness for your health. Highly recommend it for all fitness levels as you can modify as needed. You will get more flexible and stronger too.

Luckily one of the customers let me back in. In the last 8 months I have only seen someone at the front desk a han of times. It's a great place to workout. They would have more success if they valued Customer Service. Also, if you want to cancel I was told you have to go to the website not the app but there is no place to cancel on the website. The other option is in person but it's difficult to find any workers there...

It would be great if they offered a punch card system and didn't make you purchase their special mat. Overall, if you're looking for something different, it's a great workout!
