Pure Barre has greatly improved my knee and hip mobility, surpassing my expectations. I am truly grateful to the supportive and encouraging instructors who provided clear corrections and graciously help me adjust my form. This instruction has help me make a significant difference in how my body moves and feels both during and after class. The location is immaculately clean, the front desk staff is knowledgeable and helpful, and always remembers your name, and the instructors are kind, helpful, high energy and encouraging. I've been attending Pure Barre classes for 8 years now, and it's the perfect workout. There is a class for every person at every level, and it's still challenging after over 1000 classes. Even on days where I just want to loaf in the couch, I always head to the barre to hang out with all of my friends. The instructors at PBP are INCREDIBLE and the new owner, Lani, makes her members feel valued and important. What's the workout like? If you're a bit ​masochistic and think holding or pulsing in a stress position (think wall squats or planking) until you shake so hard that you look/sound like you're going down a dirt road in a truck with no shocks, then this is the place for you! The first time you go, you feel muscles that you didn't know you have and you swear you'll never come back. The second time, you start catching on and then you find your lifelong bffs. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I had an extremely frustrating experience here, and I feel the need to share it. I decided to give the free workout class a try to see if I could break out of my shell and challenge my social anxiety. I was hoping for a supportive, non-judgmental environment where I could push myself and possibly find a new workout routine that would help me grow. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite.I felt belittled, The manager made comments about me "not being 18" when I am and she tried to claim to me because I'm born in 07 I'm not. But my birthday is in fact in January and i said I knew my age and it's my birthday how I would know but she just would not listen and essentially treated me like I didn't belong because of my looks. As someone dealing with social anxiety, this was already a difficult step for me, and instead of support or encouragement, I was made to feel stupid for even trying. The way they spoke to me made me feel like I was being judged for wanting to take part in the class.and for my age I am small but it is really heartbreaking to go somewhere trying to better yourself, only to be made to feel worse. If you struggle with anxiety or just want a place to work on yourself, this is not the right environment. I won't be returning and honestly wouldn't recommend it to anyone who feels vulnerable or is trying to improve their mental and physical well-being. I was hoping for a fresh start, but instead, I walked out feeling defeated. read more

Agree the classes are great, but I just don't have the time. I have been trying to cancel and even wanted to start again in the new year. They just want to downgrade and KEEP BILLING me even though I've stated I cannot make it. Some of us just don't have the time and instead of understanding they act like all typical gyms and just want your money. The super friendly act up front is now just "you need to email and can't talk to anyone". Response to your response - you cancelled my membership AFTER you charged me for an additional month at $180. Make sure you know your dates, they don't prorate and you have to give them a complete 30 days WRITTEN notice that can't be done on their app, even though I tried calling for a week prior. read more

I always hated the shape of my legs, but after consistent workouts in barre class, I love what I see in the mirror now. My legs are leaner, muscular and I love their shape! Not to mention that I've lost more than 20 lbs and am stronger than ever. But best of all, I have become a part of an amazing community who laughs, sweats, squats, and tucks together while supporting and cheering each other on. The workout is great. Due to the fact that they don't have classes at convenient times for me (nor childcare), I've been trying to cancel my membership for the last 2 weeks. Best classes, and best teacher's. Relaxed environment outside the classroom, but inside the classroom you make it your own. Even though its a class, the teachers tailor the approach to you, and they asked me before making adjustments. They cared about injuries, and make it personal. love this place!
