When we walked in, the staff was friendly and took us right away. The location is pretty big and the nail color selection is extensive. After picking my color, we sat down and the staff started working on us immediately. I let th know this was my brothers first pedi and the women took extra time to explain the steps with him. I found the staff and location friendly and welcoming. The experience was no frills and nothing over the top, but I was happy with my experience and received a great service.

I arrived for my appointment with the remnants of an acrylic manicure from my previous salon. The staff at Nail Forum greeted me, immediately making me feel welcome. My new nail tech, Pa, took the time to explain the issue and we started over with new acrylic on my nails. I left the salon after an amazing experience and beautiful, perfect nails. Yes, perfect. After two weeks, it was time for another manicure (though my nails were still flawless). I'd scheduled a pedicure, as well, and brought my boyfriend along for a pedicure. He had an upgraded pedicure featuring CBD products; mine was a collagen pedicure. We both loved our pedicures! My second manicure was another wonderful experience - my nails once again looked flawless. Pa and the rest of the Nail Forum staff were so kind to me and my boyfriend, and the salon is very clean - not at all chaotic or unpleasant. I didn't know they were about to close until they started multitasking with me. At one point I had all three of the employees who were left working on my toes and fingers at the same time. Well, we found it at Royalty Nail Spa! First off, everyone was very nice and helpful. The pedicure massage chairs were luxurious with many advanced options, including a head massage and heat and air. Most times, those massage chairs hurt my mid and lower back, but these chairs did not. They were perfect! We got the Signature Royalty Pedicure. They quickly put a warm, scented wrap around our necks, then got to work on our feet and legs. Everything was amazing. At the end, we moved to a regular floor chair for a neck massage with lotion scented with tea tree oil, and it was the ideal finish to the pedicure. We will definitely be going back!

They didn't do too bad I actually liked the set! However when I came back to have the set removed and a new one put on, the woman who did my nails literally ripped off the acrylic set with a tip of an acrylic nail. I had to kindly ask her to stop and start drilling them off as she ripped off a huge chunk of my pinky nail - literally left such a big gap that now nearly three weeks later my pinky nail fell off. Truly, I'm not one to bash or write a post for the hell of it. I don't trust their practices after this & will not be returning.
