I have done lagree and reformer workouts elsewhere, some I like more than others, and was very pleased with this one! It was a great workout that hits all muscle groups, even when a class is focused on one specific muscle area (when you spend the most time on that area). The coach, Lexy, was great- helpful, carried the class well, and very friendly. It was a welcoming environment which I appreciated and the vibes of the studio are incredible- I loveeee the dark atmosphere. Would definitely recommend this studio to others and I will be back!

I like that the group class size is small so you get extra attention with form corrections if needed, especially since I'm hypermobile. I was able to continue pilates during my pregnancy and Alexis always gave me modifications and made sure I was doing the exercises safely. Pilates definitely helped during the birthing process and for my recovery. I also really like that we use different equipment and change up the exercises so no two classes are exactly the same.

Well, I hit the jackpot with this studio recommended by one of my good friends. I've had Amanda and Doug, both excellent! Doug shines amongst the brightest in terms of the many instructors and trainers that I've had. He's the only person aside from my doctor that can accurately describe what chronic fatigue feels like. That is simply amazing considering he doesn't have the condition himself (that I know of). His empathy is genuine, not superficial. In spite of all the instructors I've had, I've learned more from Doug in two sessions about managing my energy than anyone else. My session today was very seriously life-changing. When I walked out of that studio today, I had more hope for the future than I've had in years. Instead of being fearful of physical decline and inability to do things, I felt like I had a legitimate, sustainable way to increase and maintain my energy. I am genuinely grateful that I found Simply Pilates and am looking forward to continuing there. Highly recommended! Note: During my first visit, Amanda explained that they do Classic Pilates, not Contemporary Pilates. That means they do exercises created by Joseph​ Pilates without modifications. A distinction like that is important to me because form is very important to me and I know I'm learning something that can be replicated if I go to studios in other states or countries.

I've never done lagree in this fun of a studio setting! 8 M2S megaformers fill the party-like atmosphere. If you're a fan (or never heard of) Lagree Fitness, you have to come check it out! You'll get hooked on one workout. It's a one of a kind workout that works your tiny muscle fibers like no other! Get ready to transform your body! I took Ashley's class and absolutely loved her playlist! The workout was challenging for advanced students, yet doable with modifications for beginners. So regardless of where you are in your fitness journey, you'll get a great workout session. And with lagree, if you're shaking, you're doing it right! And the slower you go, the faster the change! They had pretty good availability so if the other locations are sold out, make sure to check this one. Docking one star because our instructor seemed very fresh and inexperienced. She mis-cued some moves and slipped a leg. However I enjoyed the exercise overall, and felt stronger and refreshed after. The Workshop seems like it has great vibes and a solid community. I would come back and maybe try some different instructors.

It was super challenging and fast paced, and thankfully Melanie helped adjust the resistance bands for me as we transitioned. I'm glad I had her help because it was really fast paced and a lot of times I couldn't hear what color bands they'd recommend for each exercise based on your experience. The facility was clean and the class wasn't full but I could see how it could get really busy and packed for other classes at other times. Their schedule fills up quickly I couldn't find an open spot on most week days for at least a week out but I was glad I could try their 6am class on a Sunday
