Due to my personal circumstances I was uncertain regarding the timing of my move and the length of lease. Despite this, he worked with me patiently and kept in touch with me for many months. It just so happened that I needed to urgently find a place the weekend of Christmas. On my way to Dallas, I emailed him as a heads up and frankly did not expect a reply at all at a time when people are busy with family and friends. When I got off the plane 3 hrs later I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from him. He patiently and diligently heard my needs which had changed from a single family homes to a condo.
