I told her if she didn't have time for color- I'd be ok just getting the cut done. After seeing the pictures of my hair she said she'd get it all done for me- that day! Not only did she get me in same day, but she stayed well beyond normal business hours to make sure to get it all done and that I was leaving in hair that I didn't hate. I am beyond pleased with the effort the new owners are making to bring customers back. They now have new staff who are knowledgeable, creative, and truly take pride in their work. Hugo was my nail tech, and she did an amazing job on both my hands and feet. When you find that one person you trust because they consistently do great work, it can be difficult when they leave. That's why good communication during transitions is so important. I'm really glad I came back today, and I know Helen, Ken, Kevin, and Hugo will take great care of me moving forward.

Better than Walmart or Burlington Coat Factory, not quite Nordstrom's or Macy's, but with better, nicer service than the other large department stores.
