Today was my late sister's one month anniversary. So my family and I went to find some waterproof makeup for her upcoming service. Diane joyfully helped us all. She started with me. She allowed me to talk about my sister and gave me some encouragement and positive affirmations to start using. Upon applying my makeup (color matching), she showed me how to apply it with options. Estée Lauder is our new jam! Diane did my daughter and my mother. We looked amazing and obtain new and improved makeup! Another young lady came and comforted my mom. She was from Senegal. This location wasn't all what I expected. It was over crowded like they had so much stuff but not enough room. I felt more overstimulated by going in there and then it wasn't organized like other stores I've been too. Everything felt as if it was just thrown in there with no rhyme or reason. The line wasn't that long so they were quick with getting people out of the line fast so I'll give them that. read more

I noticed a sign indicating 50% off Olaplex 3, but when I went to the register, I was told the promotion had ended on 8/29. Since the sign was still up on Sunday, 8/30, I mentioned that it should be honored. Another employee asked if the sign was still displayed, but instead of addressing the issue, they simply asked for the sign to be removed. This was clearly a store oversight, and the promotion should have been honored. It reflects a lack of attention to detail and management oversight. Experiences like this remind me why I prefer driving further to shop at the Round Rock location. read more

The store is fabulous. I wish I could give it more stars. It's beautiful, it has several companies that it represents inside, such as Estée Lauder and Kiels, to name 2. if a person is looking for a make up item, they have it here I personally have been looking for something, and I couldn't even find it on Amazon, and I found it here, which was beautiful eyeliner in different colors. The ones that I found were under their namebrand Ulta. They also have a beauty salon inside and everything you can want for your hair. I was helped by a woman named Tori and she was so kind and helpful. I really appreciate her. The prices are high, because the products are high-end. They do have a clearance shelf with miscellaneous discounted items. They have flower bomb perfume And Mark Jacobs and more. They also have high end fragrances for men. I had never been into an Ulta before, but I guarantee I'll be back! They are sending me a coupon for my birthday! Yay! read more

I had an appointment for a blowout and makeup, I asked the stylist to not curl my hair, because it won't stay, ended up with the limpest saddest hair, and the appointment for makeup, which I confirmed the day before for 11:00 they said was for 12:00. My experience as a client ranges from going to a beauty school to going to a chain, to going to a local salon. I usually hit up beauty schools when I don't have much need for a flawless service, so a simple cut or an all over color that doesn't break the bank. Sometimes you need to splurge. A couple months ago, I wanted color and my new work schedule doesn't give me the flexibility to spend all day long at a beauty school, so I looked around and decided on Ulta because the price was right for color. It turned out so good I booked another appointment after the roots grew out. I even allowed them to upsell without asking the cost. I am so pleased with Tiffany. She truly made me feel beautiful that I actually posted a selfie on social media. I never take selfies! I have received so many compliments and my daughter even told me I look younger. When you find a place that works for you, stick to it. You can't expect a new place to be perfect your first visit. You don't know their experience and they don't know your hair. My daughter and I were just there and she went to ask for help, she was told she wouldn't be helped because they were about to close. We had 10 minutes, people were still paying for items purchased, including me, but the other lady refused to help my daughter. My daughter is 14, knew that wasn't right, and knows better than the lady working or refusing to work there. Make sure you don't go there, specially not when they are about to close. Failed customer service I visited the salon in Georgetown on Dec 11th abs was unhappy with the service. I contacted their customer service line only to get emails that someone would contact me. I have since then wrote 2 more emails and no response. I am very disappointed I have been a diamond abs credit card member for years and a awful amount of money in this store as I have lived in many states. When they decided to eliminate managers this is the result I am guessing. I will take my $1200 plus a year to another company. read more

I've had my hair colored and cut by Shelby at the Georgetown Ulta Salon at least seven times by now and left happy each time. Shelby is a shining example of exceptional customer service! She listens, makes thoughtful suggestions, and ultimately, places 100% of her concentration on her client. I had been with a stylist at a local shop for a while before he moved away and I was worried about finding a new match that I could trust and be comfortable with. I took a chance at Ulta and have not been disappointed. Shelby is a hard worker and cares a lot about people in general. She is a pleasure to know and deserves 10 stars, really. read more

Update. Drove 4 1/2 hrs to visit my daughter. First cut, Tiffany twisted the top hairs up and used the texturing scissors to get weight off the top. Loved it. Second visit, she worked me in with a late appointment request. Thank you! She textured sides but not top. Didn't realize how heavy top still was until back home. 4 weeks later, back in this area, don't need full cut, but want to get the weight off the top. Called to see if that would be charged and listed like bangs. Salon Manager said no, I would have to pay for a full cut. Really? Twist just the top sections and snip snip with texturing scissors? I could be under estimating the art of a cut, but I asked if Tiffany could call me since she would know exactly what I am wanting. Basically was told Tiffany could not go around the Salon Manager who has no clue what my hair looks like. I didn't want a free cut after 4 weeks, but I'm sure not going to pay $80 for a few snips! Never heard from Tiffany, maybe she didn't get messages. Sad. read more

I had a satisfactory haircut experience last time, good cut but silly looking curls, but I've tried to make an appointment twice since then and either they don't answer the phone, or like this recent time I got the "back office" and then got put on hold for seven minutes in silence. I wonder how much they are missing out on business because they won't answer the phone in the salon. read more
