I went to Ulta and I had a few questions here and there. I used testers on my hand and then asked a girl about the brand Tirtir. She looked at me like I was weird and rolled her eyes an looked it up on her phone. She acted very annoyed. That's her job to help people. She saw my hand from the testers and rolled her eyes again. She said in a really snotty voice " t i r t i r?" and kept rolling her eyes. She said that they didn't have that brand but they did at other ultas. Extremely disappointed with that. On top of it, my friend saw a lady at one of the cash registers talking to another employee looking in my direction circling her finger around her head like someone was crazy. A lady also said at the register when she was open " I can take the next human" . Completely disappointed but I am so grateful for two ladies and they helped us greatly. read more

I went to pickup hair products Pattern by Tracee Ellis. Unfortunately this location is on the busier side had issues finding what I needed. However the staff is very friendly and willing to go out of their way to assist when you can manage to find someone. read more

I traveled 80 miles round trip for their services and when I got there they said I was not on the schedule, the person I set the appointment with forgot to enter it in the book. I had to look like crap for my meeting later that day. Im never going back to the Green Bay Ulta. read more

I just want to share a bad experience I had with Ulta Green Bay. I ordered a lot of items to be picked up a few weeks ago. I picked the order up, and when I checked at home, I noticed an item was missing. I called and was assured that the item would be sent. The wrong thing was sent. I called and they said the right item (which I already paid for) would be sent. I received nothing. I called back days later and was assure that I would receive what I paid for. Again, nothing. Please do NOT shop there. They don't care about you as a customer at all. They tried to insinuate that it was me that was trying to take advantage. Please share this to social media. I don't really know much about the products in this store, but I spent over 30 minutes trying to get somebody to answer a simple question or even acknowledge that I was in the store. Finally I was able to stop an associate who I asked if I could ask a question, and she replied "quick". It's surprising that the customer service is like this here, especially when most things can be purchased online now. I literally only needed one simple product, and I've never shopped here before so I didn't know where to look. Not a great first impression of this location/store. read more

I went here last minute to get my hair cut with meggie. She did a wonderful job. I really enjoyed my mom break and she had an opening last minute. She was so nice and sweet and considerate. The stylist Haley saved my hair. I had a TERRIBLE highlight job and another TERRIBLE "fix" from the Aveda salon INDIRA in De Pere's "expert" stylist (who turned my hair grey, and the "fix" turned it green). I was freaking out because I had a job interview coming up and my mom told me I needed to see her stylist. Haley gave me the most gorgeous brown with red tones; I was in love. And she's the one I went to when I wanted to change it back to blonde. I drive two hours one way to get my hair done by her because I don't trust anyone else. I have been shopping at this particular store for roughly 10 years and it has drastically gone down hill. The staff are inexperienced when it comes to makeup and there store is never stocked with products. This has been a consistent problem with this Ulta store where shelves of products are completely empty. I even brought this up to an employee when looking for a certain product and they told me to try coming back on a specific day as that's after their truck comes and things get stocked. So I did, needless to say it was the exact same as how it was when went there the previous week. Overall it's honestly not even worth the time to go to this Ulta. The Appleton one is much better or it's better to just shop online. read more

Coming from an area where there are 4 Ultas within a 30 mile radius this a huge change for me with their only being one Ulta. Ulta is probably my favorite store of all time, I love it more than any other stuff. BUT some of the products that they have in store at the Ultas where I used to live, they don't carry up here which made me sad. Also, when it comes to sales it seems like once it's gone it's gone. With this amount of people in the area there needs to be another Ulta. Also I was kind of annoying because the girl at the register told me I was able to get something for free, she even rang it up and then she was like "umm no sorry". Be sure of it before you ring it up please and check on the screen. If I didn't have a toddler with me I would have asked for a manager. I feel like the midwestern way is very slow and "oh sorry I made a mistake" but when it comes to make up...don't tell me your giving me something then you're taking it right back without even looking at the screen and then be all whatever about it.... I only have 4 stars cause it's Ulta and I've been going here for years. read more

I visited today & it was very clean not very busy but I also came very early which I love when it's not super busy! Got some birthday gifts for my sister! Employees were very nice & willing to help me, asked if I needed help with anything! It was great! Used a 20% off coupon & saved $20! The only sad thing is they didn't have the spray in the size I wanted for the Mario Badescu sprays. The last 2 times I've gone they didn't have it, & that's kind of a bummer. The store was not crowded for a Saturday afternoon yet one cashier seem annoyed to have to explain the coupon to the woman next to me - even though the woman ended up spending several hundred dollars. BAD NAIL EXPERIENCE. DO NOT GO THERE. Regularly go for gel manicures on biweekly basis. Never had anyone cleaned up my cuticles so freaking harsh and hurtful. The Erin girl did fine on other procedures but I think my cuticles just died after the appointment. Color selection is limited. read more

Went into Ulta with my sisters. My son was coughing and he accidentally puked and it got on their floor. The employees were plugging their nose & saying how disgusting it was and that they WILL NOT clean it up over their headset to one another. So my sister decided to clean it up because I had to go to my car and clean up my son. I understand that puke is disgusting but accidents do happen and as employees they should not treat their customers like how they treated my sisters and I over this incident. So with that being said I went to go talk to the manager face to face. She told me that her employees did not say any of those things and that they were just communicating to get the mess cleaned up. But F that, they were all staring at us doing nothing! If they cared so much they would've came and brought us something to help clean up the mess. But we had to tell them to give us something to clean up the mess to get things moving. Anyways I apologized that my son puked on their floor and explained to her that I was upset that her employees would treat customers like that and she was just so rude and mean to me. As I was stating how I felt about how her employees treated my sisters and I, she said "what do you want me to do?! Talk to my employees?!" with an attitude. She also stated that she doesn't have kids so she wouldn't know! So as we kept taking she was like "can someone please come help me, she's blowing my head off" over her headset. Like who the F saids that out loud as a professional. The conversation went no where and I left upset and they didn't even care. NOT TO MENTION: the manager LIED to my face that she DID NOT say "I'm getting my head blowed off" to her employees on the headset. When I even HEARD her loud and clear say it. I went for a hair cut and my bangs look horrible. The top layer is shorter than the bottom layer. And its not like this terrible hair cut was cheap. Bangs are not supposed to be layer. All i wanted her to do was trim up my bangs and cut dead ends off my hair and she ends up cutting off a good amount to put it at a length I'm not happy with. Went to ulta to get my hair colored, and I loved my stylist but felt like I was in a dungeon/highschool when I was being rinsed out. The girls are very cliquey and I noticed the manager talking down to her employees which in my opinion is very disrespectful. It wasn't clean, prices were rediculously high for it only being a retail store. Noticed unsanitary brushes and combs also. The back sinks were also filled with color bowls. Although I loved the stylist she kept having to leave me to answer the phone because the other girls would just stare at it when it rang. If you want to pay 49 dollars for a haircut and want to feel like your in the mean girls movie this is a salon for you! read more
