Had hair appt w/ Allie, just got shampoo and blow dry. Took 3 hours and was charged (at the register) $300! Was never told ahead of time what pricing was, just assumed it would be under $100 so I didn't ask. However, I just earned salons are REQUIRED to provide close estimate of services beforehand. I don't recommend this stylist, she's not an honest employee. read more

I bought a Groupon for a highlights, conditioning and haircut. I arrived a bit early and was received a very warm welcome. She hung up my coat, asked me what I was looking for and offered me coffee/tea or water. My hair was super long so there was an upcharge of $20. I was totally fine with it because longer hair - more time and more product would be used. As I was waiting for my highlights to set, I was looking around. They recently renovated with some paint and decor. It looks super cute! However, some details were missed, for example, the seat I was sitting at I could see what she meant by the sink being disgusting. The faucets had the calcium deposits on them - maybe some Chlorox wipes could help take care of that. My hair was finally done and washed out... the color looked great. Sadly, the cut was TERRIBLE. My hair was pretty much cut straight and once it was dried, it looked like a straw broom. I asked her to add layers and shred the ends so the line wouldn't look so harsh. I felt bad for asking her to make the changes but you never want to leave a salon not feeling amazing. I finally gave up because after 6 inches or so being cut off, I didn't want to cut my hair any shorter. I had high hopes for this place especially the first 10 mins and struggled with my rating but I just couldn't bring myself give more than the 2 stars. read more

I went to Lori a month ago for the first time. While I was there a lady came in and said that she had an appointment at the same time as I did. I was already getting my hair washed so she told her it must have been the computer it has been messing up. Her manager came over and told her that she needed to get this straightened out. She told her boss that it was googles fault.my hair cut was done. It looked good and I thought this was just a mistake so I booked again at the salon with Lori. I received a notice that my appointment was scheduled for 1pm. When I arrived The lady at the desk said that Lori was with another client. I could see she was doing a foil on the other person and had just started. The lady at the desk said have a seat and she will be with you shortly. A half an hour went by. I went to the desk and stood and waited for someone to wait on me for another ten minutes until I waved to someone that was standing in the back room door. She came to me and I said. When is Lori going to be able to help me. She said I told Lori you are here and she said you don't have an appointment with her. So I waited 40 minutes to hear this and they never addressed it with me. They finally got Lori and she came and said that google made a mistake. I reminded her that I scheduled the appointment with her in person not on line. She said oh it must be the computer. Can I schedule you for another date. I said no. Can J get another beautician and she said we are all booked. So I left never getting my hair done . I was so disappointed read more

My wife used a Groupon (deep conditioning,haircut and style) and Chelsea was her stylist. My wife told her exactly what she wanted in much detail and now, as she tells me, Chelsea cut her hair flat out at the tips and there seemed no method to the cut. My wife wanted to try a shorter cut styled, but had to stop her before she could ruin her hair any further. She didn't do the deep conditioning with heat and she asked if my wife needed here hair blow dried (how do you style someone's hair without blow drying???) My wife said that this was the worst haircut of her life. When she asked me of how her hair look - I felt sorry for her and had to say "It's OK" as I didn't wanna ruin her day any more. I bought a groupon for a haircut. I gave the stylist detailed instructions on how I like my hair and she did her own thing. I left with a completely different cut and also found when I got home that a huge chunk of my hair is gone. I would expect for the stylist to be professional and to have enough respect to tell me she messed up but she didn't. Now I have to wait months for it to grow out so I can get it fixed. Also walking into the salon it was very dirty. Looks like they haven't done a deep cleaning in a long time. The sink was disgusting I almost didn't want to put my head in. The floor and all the stations around me were just gross. Overall very disappointed. Enter at your own risk. read more

I recently had my hair done for my wedding, along with three bridesmaids, at Bellas. They did a fantastic job on everyone, and in about an hour! My hair took the hour, the other three were done during that time. It was really nice, we just showed them a picture and they did the rest. My hair was done by Dakotah, and I have to say she was great. Plus, my hair stayed perfect the entire night! The other girls' hair did fall a little, but it actually looked great at every stage. I would recommend this salon again to anyone else. read more

A charming salon with incredibly nice people . I went to get my hair blown out for the first time in a long time and left with a good looking head of hair! My hair felt well conditioned, sleek and looked great, my stylist Megan put some super fun curls in and was a total sweetheart. When I return to Green Bay for future trips this will definitely be my go to place. Purchased a Groupon to try this place. Set up a Saturday morning 8am appointment. Went in to work early to get out in time to get home, get all 3 of my kids up and dressed, and brought them all to the sitter. Drive to the other side of town to Bella and arrive at 7:56am....8:06am a young women comes running threw the parking lot and lets herself into the salon. I get out of my car and enter the salon, but the door is locked so I knock....no on answers....finally I get into the salon at 8:14am. I tell her good morning and she starts telling me how she's really sick and needs to re schedule. She calles her boss and explained the situation...her boss never offered to come in to do my hair, never offered a refund of the Groupon...NOTHING I will NEVER step foot in there again. My husband and I both went in for full highlights, haircuts, style and a deep conditioning treatment. I saw Taylor and my husband saw Lauren. We were both very impressed with their attention to detail. They both did exactly what we asked and we walked out very happy with the results. They both shook our hands when we came in and introduced themselves which was a wonderful rarity. And they also offered us something to drink after we sat down which we thought was a great touch to making us feel special. It's always a little scary using a new hairdresser for the first time but neither of them disappointed. They did great work, were very friendly and did our styles even better than we expected. I should have known better when I entered the salon to be greeted by a dummy wrapped like a mummy, not the best first impression. The place seemed pretty run down and not the cleanest. I had a hair cut, highlight and brow wax. I had to have the color corrected elsewhere afterwards and lost half of the length of my eyebrows in the process. They'll grow back hopefully but I've learned the lesson that a good deal is not always a good deal. read more
