This location has gotten increasing worse over the years, you used to get a gift with purchase, a birthday gift on your birthday month, and good customer service. The last few times I've gone in they don't have one or more of the products I'm looking for, buy it on-line is the response. It's August 3rd and my birthday month and they said they are out of the birthday gift. I used to go and spend at least an hour shopping, getting my lashes or brows done, now I avoid going because this is the type you get. Stopped by at the store because I was in the area. I ended up regretting that decision. I I picked out my items and asked the girl at the checkout if the Fenty beauty purchase came with two free items she initially told me "no I don't think so". But didn't offer to help any further. I had saw online that in store and an online purchases Got two free items. I decided to check out anyway. I left the store and checked the website to make sure that I saw the right thing. Indeed, there was two free items being given away with a Fenty beauty purchase of $65 or more. I went back in and asked about this and she was very dismissive. She asked on her headset to which they told her that this store wasn't participating in that giveaway because they didn't have anything to giveaway. But she never offered to have the items shipped to me so that I could get the free gift just all around bad customer service. I also felt like I was being profiled while I was in the store while I was walking around. This is a general review of Ulta on-line. I ordered 2 day express shipping. It's taking over 8 days to get there. I ordered items for Halloween well in advance. The items will not arrive until after I have left my destination. Asked for a refund-denied. Asked for a waiver of same day shipping (though the same price I'd already paid for shipping) Asked to cancel shipment--note that after 3 days of placing it (saying it would be there in 1-2 days) it still had not shipped. Provided no resolution except for me to give them more money. I switched to Ulta to continue with the boycott of Amazon and Target and have always been loyal to Ulta for decades over Sephora. I was beyond disgusted. Now a package shall be delivered, it shall not be picked up, and I will have been charged. On top of all of that they have charged me twice for my order. read more

Every time I come in, they take the time to answer my questions, give honest recommendations, and make sure I'm finding the right products for my beauty needs. Very upset. In line there was an elderly lady trying to pay for her item. The person behind the counter told her to put in her phone number. She said she didn't want to. For 5 minutes after that the cashier and the cashier next to her harassed her saying if you don't put in your number you will not be able to return your item if you don't like it. She said I don't care I don't plan on returning. They could have just let this woman have a receipt, they bombarded her. It was disgusting, made me and everyone in line extremely uncomfortable. I printed my receipt when checking out so you can absolutely just print a receipt. That was the worst customer service and distasteful how they acted to an elderly woman. I was surprised to find out that this actually means that you bring in YOUR OWN lashes and they'll apply them for $10. I've gone to many salons before and this ulta doesn't know the etiquete of hair salon professionalism. Jesus and Angelica were the ones that "helped" us which they were so sour about and hesitant. I'm guessing because it wasn't a big service to profit much off but if we are paying for a service no matter what it should been done like any other and with the at most customer service talked to the manager and they gave me a 25% discount which was not what we were looking for. We didn't care about the discount it was the fact that they made it feel like we were un-welcomed and a bother which felt humiliating and degrading. The manager also asked me if i had ever been to a salon before? I don't know what she was trying to intel by that but i found it awfully rude considering the fact I was just trying to make it aware that the service was awful even if it was or wasn't my first time.
