Workers are always rude, unhelpful and lazy. This store seems to truly lack management.

Got an eyebrow wax and tint from Liz (I believe). She did an amazing job! I have one eyebrow that is always difficult in shape but she shaped it so well! I would not hesitate to go back to her! The shop is always clean and the staff are always asking if you need assistance. The only downer was that I wish she would've suggested to me that I didn't need a tint. I was misinformed and I thought it was going to tint my skin beneath my brows but it was just tinting the brow hair. I have black hair so a tint was absolutely pointless BUT that's my bad not hers. read more

I went in for a short hair cut and Zoe did a great job doing exactly how my typical cut is done. Great personnel from my experience and very competent at what they do. I appreciated the care to which she took, my cut turned out great. A bit pricey for a male short cut but since I only get one every few months it was worth it. Would recommend. read more

Absolutely horrible. Came in with hair that I wanted to get lighter and asked for a full bleach. She insisted on doing balayage and left these streaks in my hair because she said it will blend and look good along with uneven roots AND my hair is fried and falling out. I went to Ulta on saturday, I took my Kyle lip liner (posies K color) to ask them if it was one that needed to be sharpened. The lady took it and said it was. I had the other lady helping me as well look for a couple of other things I needed. I bought my couple of items,paid and left. When I got home I didnt have the pencil. I called Ulta and was told that if it wasnt handed back or was dropped in the store it was destroyed and there is nothing they can/will do about it. I will never shop in stre or online at Ulta. I was only able to use the product 1 time and now I dont have it to use, so much for that $30 kit read more

I was very hesitant to go in initially, because I'm not very practiced at makeup. I was worried that the women working here might make me feel dumb or embarrassed (30 years old and don't even know how to pick or apply foundation). I could not have been more wrong!! I walked in and it was very busy. I believe it was the day of the Ft. Huachuca ball. Even so, somebody checked on me within minutes and was very very helpful. I purchased strip lashes and a makeup artist put them on for me really quickly. I went back in today and bought the things I need to begin doing my own strip lashes and had another great experience. Jasmine was very sweet and helpful, and answered all the questions I had. I'm so glad we have an Ulta and that the ladies working there are so quick to help and happy to be helpful. The lady at the makeup section helped me pick out a foundation that will be light enough for everyday use. I don't know if she was just trying to sound confident , but , she told me the foundation doesn't oxidize. It's an oil free foundation which , to my knowledge DOES oxidize. She also recommended that I get a Clinique cleanser. She said to use it all over my face including lips and eyes. I went ahead and now my eyes and lips are drying out and flaking just a week before I have to attend a wedding. I'm not upset with customer service but I'd rather be told the correct information. Other than that, store was nicely stocked and everyone was willing to help if they see you wandering about. read more

Oh. My. Wow! Loved it! I don't know if it's because it's new, or that I haven't visited an Ulta in quite some time... but I seriously loved it! This location is definitely nicer than many others I've been to, and they had an epic selection of literally everything! The employees were friendly and eager to help in any way they could! I haven't gone to the salon yet, but I have a feeling it's going to be popular. They offer an Ulta credit card now, which I don't believe they had in the past. Definitely check it out! read more

Tried giving this location and store a chance, and I will no longer try. I rather drive to Tucson/ order online via Sephora. You atleast get 1 star for the people working the salon, but the actual people in the store are lacking in customer service. A helpful tip, if you are working and customers walk in, you should stop whatever stories you're talking about with the other employee and atleast greet/acknowledge the customers. Especially those in the front area. You have no idea how many times I've met people around town telling me how the employees there (besides the ones in the salon) seem snobby. I have been going in circles with this Ulta trying to come to a satifactory agreement after they horribly botched a color correction problem. My appt. was 6/6/19. It has been 3 months and no one has returned my calls. On 8/20 I went to talk into Ulta to talk to a manager.There was none. Both managers had the same day off. Bunnie the manager of the salon has no idea what she's doing. Either as a colorist or manager. She was given messages 3 different times to call me and never did. When I did finally talk to her she said she would do nothing to rectify the situation. I have since called Ulta Corporate Headquarters in Bolingbrook , Ill. I gave a detailed account of what happened. We'll see what happens if anything. I spent over $400 there that day which $243 was for salon services alone and $50 for recommended hair care products. read more

The last time I went in there was a bunch of ladies who knew so much about all the products and were so helpful. This last time not so much . Everyone kept referring me somewhere else while they play with products and talk about the last date they went on. They had no idea what the sale was. Disappointed.
