Please know that when you first open a new Ulta Credit Card it can't be used until you receive it in the mail and activate the card. Ulta will send you a 20% code to use for your first purchase. Hopefully Ulta will educate their team. read more

I go here all the time because it's my local Ulta. These two divas at the MAC counter are my favorite. The freckley one and the blonde with the gorgeous lips always make my day. set up appointment in early January for 2 women to get hair and make up,for son's wedding on August 3, 2025. confirmed appointment on May 7 and asked for a return text or call from Kimberly, salon mgr. never happened! was told by an associate that there were no appointments booked for that day and she would have Mgr. call next day. Days later I received a call from an associate to make another appointment for 2 hrs earlier. I said no to the early time but had to cut back on what we wanted done. i had sent photos of what I wanted. the day before wedding while driving 6 hrs. I received multiple texts asking for ideas and confirm appt. I found a place to have my hair and make up done and cancelled appt. my account has been deleted by Ulta. read more

My new favorite Ulta. I used to love the Ulta at Long Branch, NJ but the excellent employees were all gone. I found them! They're here at the new location! Parking is super easy because they're in the Whole foods complex. This place is immaculate and fully stocked. They have Morphe and MAC cosmetics. While I didn't need anything from those two lines today, it's great to have options. I just came in to pick up some of my beloved products that I'm low on. Did I mention they're fully stocked? I usually go to the one in Long Branch or the one in Freehold Raceway Mall. They're usually low on products that are in sale. Not this one at Wall. Everyone here are exceptionally nice and helpful. They're are no people here where I wouldn't feel comfortable asking them for make up or skin care advice. There skin and makeup are flawless. It's a little far from where I live but it's worth the trip. Besides, Rook coffee is across the street. Win win. read more

I'm no longer an ULTA customer. This happened to me 2 times at this store. Cashiers harassed me to get my phone number, when I declined the cashier (Catie) argued, telling me I needed to provide it to return items. Hmmm...receipts aren't enough? When I told her she was harassing me, she said the management made them do it and then glared at me, refusing to complete my order. It was truly a standoff. My daughter was with me and she said she couldn't believe (Catie's) behavior. I guess they get some kind of incentive for getting phone numbers... but now they lost a customer. Purchased a LeVolume 75MM Hair Dryer Brush barely just past a year ago and hardly ever used it because my hair would get snagged on the metal barrel. Finally address it today. Lange would nit help me at all because I purchased from Ulta. Went into ta and nicely asked if they could do an even exchange. Ulta has a 90 day window for returns and exchanges but made an exception. They excel in customer service and that is why they will be my go to for products they offer. I've felt nothing but welcome in this store from the front to the back. Staff is super helpful in every spot. I started going to the salon here about 6 months ago and I will keep going back as long as Jenna is there. Jenna is an incredible stylist, and it also helps that she's personable and easy to talk to. She always listens to exactly what I want and captures my vision perfectly. We are in the process of bringing me back to blonde after I decided to be dumb and try to be a brunette (spoiler alert, it doesn't suit me like blonde does). Jenna has maintained the integrity of my hair through every process, and I have never received so many compliments on my hair from strangers in public and friends and family alike. Also, a huge bonus is that you can now use your reward points toward hair services, and as a diamond guest you get special perks. Not sure I'm going to shop here anymore. I have spent a ton of money at the Wall store and they are as chintzy as can be about giving out a sample. I see them opening the sample bags and keeping them for themselves and I guess they're ageists. Since I'm over forty and not one of their friends I have to beg like I'm some Halloween Trick or Treater in order to get an occasional sample and then they tell me they just ran out. EVERY WEEK? I have to buy eye cream, but I guess it's time to drive to the mall I guess or do online shopping. read more

This Ulta is the nicest one I've been in. It is bright and clean and the staff is super helpful and nice. There is nothing worse than being judged by the staff in a makeup store, but this was not the case in this Ulta. I got my haircut and I booked online. I brought in a photo of what I wanted and my stylist was AMAZING. I left with confidence and pure happiness. This is also the closest Ulta near me which is great! I went to the grand opening June 1st. I walked in and felt like I just walked into makeup heaven. Maddison was the beauty attendant that helped me. I have an allergy to A LOT of ingredients in cosmetics. She was super helpful and patient. She was very knowledgeable about the products and took the time to check everything for me to be sure it was safe. I appreciated her honesty about which products were better quality and would work best for me. She also did makeup on me to try. The look was so good everyone was complementing me and I didn't even have liner or mascara on, it was natural, brightening and flattering. I would definitely shop there again. Sales staff are friendly, you can tell the salon needs help. The manager was unproffesional and her friendliness seems forced and unnatural, instead of genuine. Do not go to Jenna for your hair services. You can tell she is a lackluster stylist and ingenuine as well. In a salon I want to feel pampered, relaxed, and leave feeling confident. Jenna made me feel uncomfortable and my hair has never looked worse. There's many other salons in wall, don't bother with this one. read more

Do not go to the Salon! They are an inexperienced salon and do not know what they are doing! I specifically asked for BLONDE HIGHLIGHTS that are thick and would be visible. She did not live up to my requests, my hair has the thinnest strands of blonde... and the "blonde highlights" are BARELY noticeable. My appointment was at 12 pm and I finally left at around 5:30 due to her messing up and having to do it again, but my hair was not even close to being fixed after that. Before coming to this appointment, I expected my hair to be full of highlights as I asked for FULL BLONDE HIGHLIGHTS, but instead I received barely any highlights.. I showed my friends my new hair as they were expecting highlights to be shown, but they could NOT TELL THAT I EVEN HAD ANY HIGHLIGHTS. I spent my whole Wednesday for nothing! What a waste of money!
