I'm new to the area and came in because I read some positive reviews on here and thought I'd give it a try. The wash was fast, the prices are fair, and the service was good. I am pretty picky with my car, but I couldn't find anything wrong after the wash. After I left, I went to the gas station down the street and the pump broke, dumping gasoline all of the side of my car and into the area behind the fuel door. I came back to Ultimate and they washed my car again and made sure to get the gasoline off the paint for FREE! I will definitely be back for another wash. read more

The only gift my wife wanted for Christmas was a clean car, so I did some research on Yelp and traveled here after reading the reviews - and it was more than worth it! Our car is 6 years old and it gets beat up - street parking, commutes, endless beach trips, and only a handful of car washes ever. But these guys did an AMAZING job, and were all so nice and friendly. We had interior detailing and a thorough exterior car wash (for only $80!), and a few hours later, the car was literally like new. We can't stop talking about it days later. Got the 4 star wash package and feel like I got my money's worth because of how thoroughly the interior of my Altima got cleaned. After going through the exterior wash, I noticed some spots were still dirty so they were kind enough to wash it again. Still noticed a couple areas of stubborn dried bird poo that didn't come off though lol read more

I came here recently to have to get a full exterior wash and I needed a vacuum of the car so bad. The price was great - there was not a long wait - I was in and out. All of the workers there were smiling, friendly and professional. I usually think damn I need a car wash - there goes my Saturday morning on a line, but not here - they were done before I could even finish the coffee I had brought with me. The car washing is expert white glove quality I mean they are exceptional - they really care about their work, and it shows. This is one of the better auto car washes out there. There are different levels of service but every car seems to get the same treatment for the most part. I opted for the undercarriage clean and that never happened. Overall the car comes out 85% clean. Basically all the areas that the auto wash can't reach will remain dirty. Which is sadly better than most of these types of places. Overall they do too quick of a job but at least there is a large staff and lots of hands working. Would I come back? These guys goes above and beyond in ensuring your car is cleaned! Great job on cleaning not only the exterior of my car, but paid great attention to cleaning the interior of my car. They even ran it through the wash twice because they couldn't get bird poop off my roof. When the second wash was unsuccessful, they used a razor blade and manually removed the poop themselves! For $20 bucks, the 3 star car was efficient. To avoid the long lines come around late morning or early afternoon. The service is quick, but maybe a little to quick. This fast pace lead to a lot of messy work. The guys cleaning the car did a poor job vacuuming and wiping. They use the same towels they dry/buff the car with on your interior so i ended up with a lot of smudges on my windows. I had to go home and wipe it down again... Despite the sloppy work, the overall clean was decent. the tire shine was great. read more

Don't come. I just left this place after getting the most expensive car wash and they do not do a good job. Watermarks everywhere, I had to continuously asked for different spots on the inside of the car glass to be washed because they forgot to clean the watermarks, there were track marks all inside on the consul, the list goes on and on. Payed close to 20$ for a 3star car wash today, and It honestly looked like the car was just vacuumed out; that's it. Maybe they read the ticket wrong, but the red flag was that they didn't even bother to ask for a tip after it was done so that tells you they couldn't care less. They service is great and they're super quick cleaned the car very well in and out. Apart from that I had these really sticky stains on the outside of the rear window and trunk which one of the employees refused to leave on and removed for me. When the car came out with dirt spots still on hood the manager explained to me that it was due to the fact that the car had been sitting under trees for a while and did not have a sufficient amount of wax to prevent the dirt from firmly settling. As a good faith gesture he ran the car through the wash again but explained that a car in the condition that mine is in really needs a thorough detailing job to prevent these kinds of issues. I appreciated his good faith gesture and his explanation of the problem /proper solution. Did not get the sense he was trying to shake me down. read more

I live in the Bronx and work in Brooklyn and I hate taking my car any place else but here to be washed. They do a great job and I hardly have to complain, (I'm very particular) lol. They are usually very nice, expect sometimes some of the guys that dry have an attitude, but I usually get there late so it has probably been a long day. So in short, I go any time I get the opportunity and my car always looks shiny and new, minus a few scratches. :) read more

I paid for a 3 star wash last Saturday March 25, 2017 because the 4 star service I was told that it was not available, and I was so disappointed at the service to the point that I had to tell the guys that were cleaning my car that the tires were supposed to be dressed with armor all. When I got home I had to finish cleaning the inside of my car because it was still dirty. The guys there didn't do the job that I was used to when I go get my car cleaned there. Don't go there Saturdays during the day. The have to many people washing their cars and there service is way below of what you get when you go when it's only a few cars at a time going there to get cleaned. That was my mistake. I will be looking for a better service car wash because paying practically $25 including the tip is not worth it for the service you are getting. read more

This is the best car wash I've been to in Brooklyn. I paid for the Four Star wash after a camping trip so it needed a good scrub down on the inside as well. The guy spent a good extra 10-15 minutes working on the inside of the car. And the wash is incredibly thorough and put a great shine on my 5 year old Subaru :) very happy! read more

Took my parents' gross car here for an interior detail. They're crazy middle-aged dog parents and accordingly, this car was disgusting- crusted dog puke, dog hair everywhere, probably hadn't been cleaned in 10 years. These guys made it like new in just a couple hours and for only $80. They were fast, very friendly, extremely thorough, and squeezed me in even though they were very busy. I go to this car wash pretty much exclusively. It's reasonably priced compared to other good ones in the area. Like all car washes if you want the guys to clean certain spots you think they look over well you have to speak up and ask. My advice is get there early or close to closing time because this place gets busy very fast. Also if you get the thorough cleaning expect to wait at least half an hour. I usually get the gold package and that's like 15 minutes. read more

While my car was going through I heard the woman at the desk answer the phone and argue with someone about him noticing his windshield scratched after he left. The guy that washed my car kept running off, focused on the back for some reason and left smudges all over. After I left I noticed one headlight was filthy and the other was clean, also there were new scratches on my hood. Definitely recommend going somewhere else! read more

I got a four-star cleaning here and the car came back to me looking soo much better. 2 months later and I'm still admiring the interior leather polishing. I have never seen my car look so good.
