Since I wasn't using my deck for a couple of weeks I kept what I thought were dry cushions in the house until Labor Day when I had guests coming. I was shocked to find that a terrible moldy stain was under them on the rug! Chris from Green Husky came the day I called him and worked VERY hard to help. Their materials were bad, the workmanship was bad, they only did some of the work I contracted for, and I had to threaten to take them to court before they offered a settlement. As part of the settlement, I had to sign a non-disclosure agreement, so I can't mention their name. Loftus was a wonderful company to do business with. I have used them twice and will use them again in the future. Jess was great to work with. This time, I had 3 rooms of new carpet, one repair where a dog had ripped up and shredded a seam, and a bunch of cleaning of existing carpets. The new carpet was high quality, and installed perfectly. The repair was so good that it is impossible to know that there was ever a problem. The cleaning turned out better than I expected. All of the workmen were super polite and did excellent work. You might save a few bucks with one of the national discounters, but in the end you will wish you had gone with someone like Loftus.

Wal (pronounced Val) sorted everything by category, placed less-used products and back stock in the back, and kept the things I reach for most in the front. The team also bought clear bins that fit the space, including sliding bins I can easily pull out and taller bins for shampoos, conditioners, and other bottles. This was especially helpful with the wire shelving in my rental. Now everything is grouped together, visible, and easy to access. I can also refine the system over time as I use it and getting ready flows now. Wal and I collaborated on what I wanted to keep and how I needed the space to function. The team also organized under my sink, where I prefer to keep only cleaning products, foot care, and toilet paper. That preference was respected.
