This is a LARGE stone yard, so you can drive around it if you wish to do so, rather than walking. Beware of heavy equipment and go to the office first for a current price list and to ask where the materials are that you need. It's dusty, just like every other stone yard I've been in. Even though I'm not a commercial landscaper, the counter employees treated me with respect and were very helpful.

We have running humor that he personally does the squeegee because my driveway is outlined with limestone rocks and he does a masterful job of sealing right up to the rocks without getting sealer on them. There was a section of pavement edge that had been repaired after a retaining support was added 15 years ago. The filler material had dried out, was falling apart and looked horrible. There was really no way to do a quality repair with what was there, so he cut out the entire edge, that had failed and laid new asphalt, which looks great and is a permanent repair. He also filled all the large cracks with a hot applied rubber. He seals with a material that is the only one that is still black after 3 years, by far the best I've had in my 20 years of owning this property. I asked for stained concrete but I got dyed concrete on 2 outside areas. He decided to dye since it was a 1-2 day process instead of 3-4. He told me afterwards he chose to dye. He said it is basically the same as staining and what commercial companies use because it can be done quickly! It is not the same!!! It is more uniform in color, so I did not get the marbling I had wanted for so long. It's looks all one color and not at all attractive. On my patio I had put something on it years ago but he put dye right over it rather than stripping and sanding to get to bare concrete. The other patio I did was new concrete with nothing on it and he DYED it too!!! I asked for STAIN!!! Now he won't respond to my emails and said he would be back to put second coat of sealer. No sign of him yet!! However I wanted to discuss options for a more stained look. I know he wanted to do simplest process so he could get in and out rather than doing it right so I could get look I wanted. My research later showed dyes should only be used inside and will fade! You can't find good companies any more who do things right first time. I would NOT recommend this company. Written around spring 2018. April 2019 It's been a year and I am still so upset with this company! I asked for stained concrete on a side patio and my covered patio on back porch.He said no problem. We noticed he was applying all steps back to back on same day and we knew stained concrete is a process over several days. When we asked him about it, he said he was DYING concrete! Told him that's not what I wanted but he continued on and said it will turn out same. The porch was solid like paint and not pretty so I had to pay more money to have it tiled. He gave me small amount back on patio but would not make it right. They would not redo side patio correctly or refund any money. They said it looked fine! It still did not have stained look and I knew it would not last! Now after 1 year I pressured washed the side patio very carefully but still noticed some of dye coming off. That is why I asked for stained concrete! I would not recommend this company! You won't get what you ask for!
