I also needed the washer and dryer re-installed after the work was completed. All of their staff were so helpful. Daryl who works at their store deserves a special shout out. He understood what I needed, and even though I wasn't buying anything, he worked hard to make it happen. The technicians moving and installing/re-installing my washer and dryer were on time, professional and knowledgeable.

They came out about 12 times because they kept making mistakes. I hired them to install quartz countertops and backslashes in two of my bathrooms. It started with one bathroom when they didn't even drill the correct amount of holes for the faucets... after we gave them the faucets and box to reference! That was their first mistake. Then they came back and drilled too many holes in the other bathroom quartz, even though it was correct the way they did it the first time! That was their second mistake. They ended up having to replace the quartz but it was not the same quartz we had picked out!!! Huge mistake in my opinion!!! This was their third mistake. When they cut out the holes for the electrical outlets in the backsplash it was not symmetrical and left visible cut marks which the outlet cover could not cover. This was yet another big mistake!!! My 6 year old could do a better job. I ended up getting a new backslash and cutting the holes myself which was 1000% better, mind you I've never done this before, but it's their job and they are supposed to be the professionals. They were supposed to make a quartz piece to cover the top of our pony wall in one of the bathrooms and even after measuring several times they brought it on one of their many trips to the house but it was about 1-2 inches short with the incorrect finished edge! Yet another mistake! There's miscommunication constantly between their staff; showing up unannounced or showing up to get one countertop but not to install. What the heck?! So frustrating!! Would not recommend.

I told him I was not informed this would be considered an emergency service and he said since I as a property manager I should have known that. The work was already done so I paid the $800 bill, but I feel I was taken advantage of. I won't be using this company again and I advise to use caution if you decide to use them. If they had communicated properly we would definitely have just waited for service on the next business day, especially for a slow leak, but the option and prices were never disclosed to us.

First let me say that these people do very good work, when they get around to it. I have a few…read moreproblems with this company, however. I belong to their "Shamrock Club" where you pay a set fee each year and receive a maintenance inspection on your air conditioner in the spring, and on your furnace in the fall. Whenever I have called for an appointment, they have been scheduling about six weeks out. This would be O.K. except that they have almost always called a day or two ahead of my appointment to say they have a technician out and could we reschedule. They then give me an appointment in another four or six weeks. Another real annoyance for me is their policy of giving a six-hour window for their appointments. I prefer afternoons, so this means I need to be available from noon until 6:00 p.m.! I recently contacted another company and they gave me a two-hour window for an appointment two weeks from the day I called. They also charged about $100 less than Gallagher's for a maintenance contract. Finally, since I decided not to have Gallagher's do the fall inspection on my furnace this year, I asked them for a partial refund of my Shamrock Club membership fee. They refused. So goodbye Gallaghers.

Their dehumidifier was set up incorrectly the first time, and when they replaced it, the water collection barrel was leaking onto the carpet and pad that was supposed to be drying. This added a couple of days to the job.They took the wet premium pad with them that I could have easily dried in the 100+ degree weather - I had to ask for it back which they delivered the next day. Instead of sawing the baseboard with a clean cut, they just broke it off, making it harder for me to fix afterward. They quoted me an estimate of $500-600 before the work started (this was a relatively small job), and I just got the bill for over $1200.
