The workout went great and I signed up with Alan. Club Z has a discounted rate if you workout with one of their trainers so I also signed up at Club Z. So far I'm really happy. Alan has been on time to every workout session, he takes his times and really pushes me but at the same time he makes sure I'm working the machines and weights properly. We weighed in took a full set of measurements on day one, we just did it all again on the 1st day of the 2nd month and so far I'm really happy with the results.
