When I initially joined, the customer service, communication, scheduling, and quality were consistent and professional. Recently, however, all of those areas have declined. Scheduling has been repeatedly overlapped at multiple locations. I was made to feel uncomfortable to the point that I chose to drive 30 minutes to another location instead of the one only 10 minutes away--only to experience the same overlapping scheduling issue again, despite booking my appointment 2.5 weeks in advance. Overall, my experiences with Milan have historically been very positive. While there were some recent changes that impacted my experience, my visit to the Irving location and my conversation with Brittany from the Resolution Team reaffirmed the high level of quality and customer service I've come to expect. This particular location did not reflect the consistency I've experienced in the past; however, the Irving team demonstrated that the standard of care and professionalism is still very much present. I would recommend Milan, as the consistency and quality remain strong.

Kayla was extremely knowledgeable about the process, as well as the products used during the facial and their benefits, and she talked me through the whole facial which I truly appreciated. I have extremely sensitive skin and she was so gentle, she really put me at ease through the process. The facial was relaxing, and I noticed an immediate difference in my skin once done. Based on their confidence, I paid upfront for tattoo removal and 3 syringes of filler. Right after the first tattoo removal session, I was told the tattoo removal wouldn't work because of the ink color -- something they absolutely should've mentioned before selling me a package. With the filler, I was only given half a syringe (with no explanation until after I paid), the filler was placed wrong and was injected on the inside of my mouth as opposed to around the lips where it's supposed to go. It was done in small section so you could see where the product was and wasn't. I was told that it would need to be dissolved because I had a bad reaction- I've been getting filler for years, but again trusted them, so I got it dissolved and came back. When I returned to get the rest, they told me they'd thrown it out because "they can't store it so I need to purchase more" Again -- never disclosed until it was too late. I asked for a refund and was told several times it was being processed, but months went by with no response. I followed up constantly, stayed patient and respectful, and was either ignored or brushed off. Finally, someone from their national office called me -- he was rude, aggressive, and sarcastic from the second I answered. When I asked him not to talk over me, he paused for a full minute just to say, "Just wanted to make sure you were done before I was allowed to speak." Then he hung up on me when I address his behavior. I spent thousands of dollars here and got nothing I was promised. Now I have no thousands of dollars in credits that I will never use. They lie to make the sale, botch you, dodge accountability, and treat you like an inconvenience if you ask questions. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I never wanted to embarrass myself by sharing photos of my lips, but want to help anyone else who is considering going here. Save your time, money, and sanity -- go literally anywhere else.

Had a really bad experience with this clinic. My first visit was virtual and the medication prescribed did not work. Was asked to provide pictures prior to the visit which were not even reviewed by anyone based on the questions that were asked. So I scheduled an in person visit with the nurse practitioner as a follow up. There was no attempt for a thorough diagnosis. Generic triggers like weather and stress were given as findings. I sought a second opinion and the doctor performed required tests and laid out treatment options. That is what we expect from any medical practitioner. The two visits were a total waste of time and money with incorrect diagnosis.

When I first heard about "threading" a couple months ago (yep, I'm so with it), I had the mental image of someone taking a needle and thread to my eyebrow hairs to weave them together into some sort of nice shape. This is how clueless I am when it comes to eyebrows. Sooo...after reading rave reviews of this place and finally getting the nerve to experience this "threading" stuff, I called Jamila, who was able to book me an appointment two days later. An hour after speaking with her, she called back and said she'd had a cancellation, would I like it? Would I ever! How nice of her to call back. I dashed out to Carrollton to find Radiant. TIP: It's located at the southeast corner of Josey and Jackson, facing Jackson. Hard to find unless you know that. Look for the Blockbuster on the corner. ANOTHER TIP: Her name is pronounced "Jah-mee-lah." Poor woman probably gets called something different every day, but she was very polite in correcting me. As soon as I was settled in the procedure room, the first thing Jamila said to me was, "Your eyebrows are too light." She then horrified me by penciling in what they should look like. Granted, this is what every woman WITH A CLUE's eyebrows look like, but it's a big change for me. I compromised with her on doing a slightly lighter shade for the tint (which I hadn't even been planning on until she made me realize how bare and ugly my eyebrows au natural looked). The tint turned out to match my hair PERFECTLY, and I'm very happy with it. I'm going to invest in an eyebrow pencil now. What is this world coming to?! Anyway, she then proceeded to do the threading, which was painful, yes, but not as painful as I'd heard. I do have high pain tolerance, so that probably helped. She listened carefully to my request not to make my eyebrows too thin (I like the distinctiveness of my slightly Brooke-Shields-esque brows). They're not shockingly different from what they looked like before, just slightly more polished and darker (thanks to the tint). Next time, I might be more brave and go for a bit thinner and a bit darker. But I need to work up my courage for that. Best part of the whole thing? The tint ($10) and shaping ($10) were ridiculously affordable compared to pretty much anywhere else I looked. And it was super quick and relatively painless (once I got over the initial heart attack from seeing my eyebrows so dark). I may have just started a new beauty regimen. Who am I?! Next stop: find a shrink to help me deal with the changes in my life. Aaahh!!
