I wanted a new patio installed, the landing of my back porch replaced (which had broken off and left a hole) and extended to match the patio, the corner of the foundation patched, the front sidewalk slab replaced (that had broken away from the front porch and broken in half), and a hole in my front porch sealed so that the critters would stop using it as nest. My new patio is amazing - better than I could have imagined! The holes in my porch (front and back) are now sealed, I don't have to look at the missing foundation corner, and I don't have to worry about critters any more. :) I am VERY pleased with the work! The 1st house was at 7725 Richardson Lane was a house of horrors after the renters who rented the property for 5 years DESTROYED IT! It was necessary to send in a hazmat crew before any renovations could begin to give you an idea of what we had to work with. I know that without Lauren Erick these 2 renovations could HAVE NEVER BEEN COMPLETED. Lauren's leadership, experience, and expertise was an invaluable part of this process. Lauren was constantly driving the process forward while very patiently explaining to me where we were on the time line, and constantly making recommendations..where the budget was, what was necessary and more importantly what WAS NOT necessary. For example...putting hardwood from the 1st floor on the stairs to the 2nd floor..."just put in carpeting..it will flow better to the 2nd floor that is carpeted...thats 2000-4000 dollars you do not need to spend" I learned very quickly that Lauren with her experience in these matters is to be listened to ALWAYS. The 2nd house that was renovated was at 8661 Ballycastle which needed significantly less improvements..however it was tight schedule that she made work so that everything was done in time for the listing Now, I haven' t even gotten around to telling you the good part yet. I HAVE NEVER MET LAUREN ERICK. I have never set foot in these properties. I don't even live in the USA. I live in Europe... all of our discussions were over the phone and whatsapp. I did ALL of this from Europe. I wrongfully assumed that spending the amount of money we did came with integrity and customer appreciation. Maybe that's extra. ($70k+) We hired them to put a moderate sized addition off the back of our master bedroom on a ranch house. As soon as I made the final payment I was not able to get anyone out. -we were suppose to get black windows but they installed white. When it was brought up they told me they would paint them and have yet to complete that task. - they never returned to finish cleaning up the job site and fix all the dirt the moved away for the foundation.

TLDR; From start to finish I could not be happier with the design, workmanship, crafstmanship and…read moreprofessionalism of the work performed and all involved in its delivery. We started with an idea of what we were looking to do. Didn't really know what was feasible or attainable with our space. Pete showed up, reviewed the space and dimensions, took notes on everything we were really looking to get out of the space. He didn't just take down the specific things we asked for but everything we were really hoping to be able to enjoy about the space once done. He sent over designs and reviewed them with us together, had no problem with the numerous adjustments we made along the way. Not just from things we wanted to change about them, but ideas he brought up that would work really well in the space as well. Much of which we didn't even know existed. Given this was going to be a massive update to our kitchen, den, laundry room and mud room; going in we were definitely anxious about how everything would ultimately play out. However Pete communicated the timeline, how it would all take place in which periods, and what to expect along the way. Everyone performing the brunt of the work our direct employees as well. The painters and flooring are from separate companies, but they're all friends and every one of them is friendly as can be. It was comforting knowing that the largest percentage of the work performed was by direct employees and not subcontracted help. Lastly, Pete's pricing structure is top notch. It is broken apart in multiple phases. Our's was a big job, so it was 5 chunks with the first roughly a third of the cost in the first chunk (not sure if that's how it works for all jobs, just our experience with this one). With the last 4 payments being paid AFTER each phase was completed. This form of payment breakdown is also the sign of a well established contractor that knows exactly what he can deliver and when, truly putting his money where his mouth is. We've already discussed other areas of the house we're looking to update in the near future and can't wait to see them come back. Thank you so much again Pete, Chris, Mike and Tim! P.S.
