Jake responded almost immediately, the quote was reasonable and he scheduled our cleaning. The first available date in our area was about a month later. We scheduled it but we explained that I was hoping for a earlier date. Within a week or so, Jake contacted us because he had a cancellation. We rescheduled. JONATHAN came out on the scheduled date and time. Jonathon was very professional, clean, and accommodating. It took a few hours. He replaced all the vent covers and left everything as clean as when he started. He sent us (before and after) photos to verify his work. He was able to come the same day to fix the vent. From beginning to end they were very professional, personable, neat and efficient.
