Came out to quote a job replace a couple of windows. Seemed on the level and genuinely interested in the work. Never followed through with the quote and has been unresponsive to texts and calls. Should have checked the numerous reviews that this is part of his standard operating procedure. Not sure what the point of ghosting is. Unfortunately, Decker was a no-show for a scheduled appointment to install a stair rail in our new home. We contacted them multiple times (via text, voicemail, email and fb messenger) hoping that the tech was just running behind. However, we received no response. Very disappointed in the lack of communication and consideration as my Husband took off work to be at home for our scheduled appointment. Jason quoted me for a complete bathroom remodel. He was prompt for his appointment and the quote arrived when he said it would. Jason is very up front about the whole process and he does what he says he's going to do. He and Matt came out to do the work and got more done in an hour that most contractors I have used got done in a day. I had an appointment confirmed for air conditioner repair and no one even bothered to show up, nor did anyone call to reschedule. I called to see what happened and the owner couldn't have cared less. He basically said he had been very busy the past week, so oh well. Like, SERIOUSLY?!?! He proceeded to tell me he would look into it and call me back, which he never did. My tenant has been in 90+ degree heat for over a week and still has no relief because this company is beyond unprofessional and flaky. I scheduled it one week prior so I wasted a week waiting for these people to not even show up. It's not even possible to be any more unprofessional than that, I'm pretty sure. Jason Decker was referred to my husband and I. I contacted Jason on Sun., March 8th via telephone and we talked about our Powder Room Remodel. At that time, he explained to me that he could come out and provide an estimate on Tuesday. On Monday, March 9th, he texted me that he had a family emergency and would have to push our appointment out to Saturday. I sent a message back, sorry to hear, and hope all is well. I asked what time on Saturday. He said early as possible and provided two times (6:30 am and 7 am). I texted back that 7 am would work for us. Friday, March 13th, I sent Jason a text message at 10:39 am to confirm our appt. He never replied via text and/or call and he didn't show up. Very unprofessional and unresponsive. If he wasn't interested in the job, he should've spoken up when my husband I originally reached out. Hopefully, Jason learns some best business practices, thus, this will not happen to another homeowner. read more

Jason and Sarah are very professional. They walked through our basement ideas and suggested ways to improve our ideas. Their team came on time, worked all day and left the space tidy at the end of every day. We told them not to worry about cleaning up daily as we didn't need to use the basement space until they were done. They still made sure we had a clear path to our washer/dryer every day.
