First of all, with so much scamming and breach of security in some of the world's top companies (including banks), how can you possible think that it's ok to demand clients leave their credit cards "on file" in order to simply book an appointment??? I get it that your time is money, and you feel the need to charge a client if they are a no show no cancellation but if your services are really that great, you're cliental should be established and cancellations should be minimal. As for the staff, well, the experience I encountered from the owner was rude and impersonal. Instead of making a client feel like you're about to have this amazing experience, it was more cold, fake, rude (almost like an imposition) from the beginning of procedure to simple conversation. When you're clearly annoyed by someone asking about pricing, perhaps you should educate yourself on client etiquette. An eye roll response is NOT very professional!!
