Upon arrival, I noticed the door states "by appointment only". I'm a little caught off guard because this was never stated to me, but I thought maybe it didn't pertain to me since the email communication I had received the week prior stated that I could pick up today. I called the number on the door, and Kim stated that my order was not ready and that she was not in the office today either. I would have to come back again tomorrow to pick up the items, and that they would be ready anytime between 9am-2pm. Kim seemed irritated on the phone, but I'm the customer who was told I could pick up today. She did say she could deliver tomorrow, but I'm not trying to spend $150. I wasn't upset or yelling, just asking for clarification about when I could pick up the items. Maybe she's dealing with something outside of work, but bringing that to me was uncalled for when I was only following the pickup instructions she provided me.
