Rather then making I'm right- or even trying to right the wrong - her solution was to deny us the service- which is going to result in a special needs boy not getting the 1 thing he has asked for in a year or more. He's a very sweet boy that has had a hard life in just about every way. Melody made his worries, hospital visits, being bullied and just his hardships melt away. Quite honestly it was one of the few times I've seen him participate and smile at the mention of her name.
