I said ok how much would it be? and he told me the price which was $99. I paid him the price and came back the next day to get my phone. During the process of him fixing my phone he cracked my screen. He apologized and said he would fix it for free ( which i understood completely by the way. i know things happen) but he told me I would have to pay an additional $16( which turned out to be around $24 with tax) for the screen replacement but the labor would be free. i said ok and he "fixed" the screen HOWEVER as soon as i left the store I was still having problems with my battery. I called him right away ( about 10-15 minutes later) he told me that it is ok and that there was something wrong with my charging port too( which I thought was strange because why didnt he tell me that when I brought phone in, right?) but he said I could fix that at a later date i said "ok" THEN about a week or so later, My ENTIRE SCREEN goes black and I cannot use my phone, as well as having the battery issues i had from before. I entered the store AGAIN. I was out of town when this happened and as you may know this can be very dangerous traveling/being on vacation without a way to communicate with anyone. I was STILL trying to be understanding so I came into the store after my vacation, and politely asked for a refund because my screen was broken, my battery wasnt working AND for the inconvenience of having me come back and forth to see him and having no telephone. He said and i quote "I did the service for you maam we do not do refunds" I couldn't believe what I was hearing, he may have "done the service" but this "service" left me with a HUGE NEW phone bill to pay as well as so many inconveniences AND STILL LEFT ME WITH THE SAME PROBLEM I HAD BEFORE I WENT IN AND THEN SOME. but yet he was NOT understandable and REFUSED to give me a refund. He said there was a warranty on it and he could fix the screen still and THEN he ADMITTED to giving me a faulty battery instead of the apple battery and thats why my screen went black. A few months ago my phone's charge port became unusable and would not charge my phone. At the time, I purchased a new phone, but was upset to see I lost my contacts, videos, and pictures. Recently, a very close family member of mine passed away, and I remembered there were pictures and videos of this person on my old phone. I brought the phone to iFix Galaxy on 1/2 and explained the situation. The gentlemen behind the counter (Christopher and Francisco, I believe) were up front in explaining they may be able to fix the charge port, but the particular repair doesn't always work. Given the nature of my situation, I decided to risk it and left the phone with them overnight. Fast forward to 2/3 around 6 pm. After calling for a status update, I was informed the repair had been completed and my phone was charging. When I went to pick up the phone, Francisco could not have been more professional, and when I elaborated on the situation, sympathetic. While I hope to never experience this issue again, we all know phones (including screens, internal software, etc.) are fickle. In the event something happens, I will return to iFix Galaxy and Francisco's team without hesitation.

Many times when I turn it on the brightness starts at an extremely low level and you can barely see anything except bubbles underneath the screen. When it isn't doing that, the brightness only goes down to about 3/4 the darkness it could before. My screen is either way too dark to see or so bright that it hurts my eyes. I wish I had just kept the cracked screen and would not recommend coming here for repairs. The worker was nice but my experience is overshadowed by the poor quality or the screen.

I asked her what the status of my iPad is... she said they opened it but it wil be another 45 mins. I asked her why? I guess she didn't like my tone. She got really defensive and said she has other materials she is working on and that it will be another 45 minutes. She proceeded to say that other places wil make you wait longer. Heifer Idgaf about other places and no they don't make you wait this longer... this is literally the longest I've waited. No apologies, no accountability, give me the parts from China and I'll do it myself at a fraction of the price. I came in here out of convenience which turned out to be a total waste of time. Brief update: the owner or the manager saw my review and said that my business is no longer welcome. For future reviewers... leave a review after they complete the service.
