The professionalism and work of this company is top tier. Everyone in the process from beginning to end. George, Chuck, Sug, Tiffany, DJ and the men who worked onsite were amazing and made this process as a customer easy. Everything went accordingly and smoothly. I could not be any happier with the results of my pool and spa it's beautiful and I'm grateful for this company and their work! Chuck was great in designing the pool and spa layout with the details I wanted. Sug was an amazing project manager and Tiffany was great in helping me pick out the exact materials I wanted to help the vision of my "dream" pool and spa for my home and that is definitely what a got! You won't regret working with this company. Thank you everyone at Fetter!

We had our beautiful pool completed by Ultimate Pools by Fetter this summer, and couldn't be happier. We interviewed several pool builders before we chose Fetter, and found that there were several things that set Fetter apart from the competition. I have high standards and asked a lot of questions along the way, and Fetter was happy to answer them. After all, it's an expensive investment you need to be 100% comfortable with what you're purchasing. Fetter's price was very competitive and the entire process went very smoothly. The design process started with Chuck McCrory, who has been designing pools for decades and really knows his stuff. He came to our house with a pencil and graph paper, and drew the initial pool concept right at our kitchen table. Compared to other builders who plug in a generic CAD design, Chuck's "old school" way of designing the pool enabled him to come up with a design that uniquely fit the dimensions of our yard and made the best use of the available space. Once the design is signed off, the different steps of the construction process take place (excavation, plumbing, electrical, rebar, gunite, deck pouring, plaster.) Ross Fetter has very high standards and monitors the process along the way. If he's not happy with something, he'll make the crews rip it out and redo it. We had a bit of a delay due to the rainy weather in the late spring, but once the weather dried out things happened pretty quickly. One other thing totally unique to Fetter is that you can choose the brand of pool equipment you want. There are three major players in the pool equipment industry: Jandy, Hayward and Pentair, and usually each builder has their own preference and that's what you get. In our case, we chose Pentair because they have the best warranty, as well as one of the best reputations in the industry for quality. We already had a warranty claim, in fact, with our Pentair suction cleaner which kept staying in the deep end and getting stuck on the drain covers. Pentair/Fetter swapped it out at no cost to us for a better model that has big wheels that can drive right over the drain covers, and so far, so good. I also would like to say thanks to Tiffany in the design department for her help with choosing the tile and stacked stone, and for her patience with the change order after we decided to go with a different color after the fact. Also, Daniel has been great to work with -- training us on operating and cleaning the equipment, answering my newbie questions and taking care of a couple little issues that arose after the pool was completed, and for seeing to it that the suction cleaner got swapped out and sharing my concerns about plaster efflorescence and calling the plaster contractor, who is going to diamond polish the pool. In conclusion, we would be very happy to recommend family-owned Ultimate Pools by Fetter to anyone in the area looking to have a quality, long-lasting pool built with a company that will stand behind their product.

This company sign belongs in the garbage just like the quality of work they accept from the subs contractors they use

So far Mike has been extremely communicative throughout the process of fixing my broken pool/spa heater. The project isn't complete yet however I would like to leave a review based on his communication and knowledge thus far. Mike came out on a Saturday and ran a diagnostic test (yes, there is a fee but every co charges one) and provided me with the possible options we had. He told me he would get back to me by Monday if he found the part he thinks may be the issue. Mike reached out to me on Monday as promised and told me he found the control board. He also provided me with the price of the total repair for this (thank you!). We have another appointment scheduled and I'm keeping my fingers crossed the new control board will fix the problem. Why do you insist on covering a lie with a lie…read more First, Why are most wood burning stoves not UL listed? There are several standards that wood burning stoves must meet. UL listing is not a required standard for stoves, so most manufacturers elect not to have that testing done.. The UL laboratories are a private nonprofit organization that some manufacturers elect to send their products too. This certification can be costly and because the certification is not necessary for wood stoves, most manufacturers do not submit their product to Underwriters Laboratories for approval. There are only three wood-burning stoves that are UL listed Second, the only certification needed is when you install a new wood stove and that requirement is a stove certified by the EPA Third, older wood stoves are grandfathered in and there is no fire code that exist that states that you must upgrade to a new wood-burning stove when you buy or sell. If you do change out the stove, then it must be upgraded to an EPA certified stove Finally, there are manufacturers data plates that are on wood stoves that show the minimum clearances from stove to combustible materials. This particular stove met all the minimum distance requirements to combustible materials. Yes, the fireplace surround was ugly, however it was a cement fiber board that is a non-combustible material. In addition, the stove flue was exposed for the first 5 feet and is of a triple wall design which has a higher heat value. So I stand by my claim that your inspections are fraudulent, froth with misinformation, with intent to upsell or some new products to the person's home that you inspect.
