I won't nitpick the areas of improvement and lack of communication, but what I will point out is the money grab!!! Yes the Money grab!!! I went in for my weekly $170.00 treatment a few weeks ago, which I pay for in cash no insurance. I filled out the kiosk check-in and boom I'm told I owe a bunch of money. Note I pay each visit in full period. You can't leave without paying. Now with further discussion, which delays my visit and, makes me late for another appointment I'm told oh it's an insurance thing and they didn't pay etc etc. Now note there are at least 5 others I'm hearing with the same issue. I have a friend that goes to another location and there is the same issue going on. Once they realize I'm a self pay they tell me oh it's ok just go in and we will fix it. I get my treatment for $170.00 and I pay. I come in the next two weeks the same issue however now the money is being demanded, it's from 2025, and they have all these print outs!!. I will tell you one thing I've looked at each bill...and paid said bill in full each time, but there is no way I owe them a dime especially from last year! It's clear to me that their business model here is to grab money from anyone who has insurance after the fact because it's next to impossible to deal with insurance. Anyway buyer beware keep all your paperwork for years or you'll have a battle on your hands. Expect to see more reviews like this. For me there are several other options and I'm shopping for a new actual Doctor that will spend time with me and not rush me along. In closing turn over is high at this business and that paints a real picture. Everything is handled remotely no doctors are on site nor do they optimize your protocols thru any communication what so ever. I've learned that my protocol should be three times a week not once a week. Knowing is power.

The weight-loss journey can be challenging enough without added frustration from customer service and fulfillment issues.

The care I received did not align with what was advertised on the website or included in my invoice. There were multiple basic supplies missing throughout my stay, including gauze pads, alcohol wipes, functioning medical equipment, and other items specifically listed as part of the "all inclusive" package. I also did not receive amenities that were advertised, including the swag bag, peptide/collagen drinks, and other recovery items. The biggest concern was the level of patient care and medication management. Staff repeatedly failed to administer medications correctly or consistently. On one occasion, when I asked for anti-nausea medication after vomiting from severe pain, I was brought the wrong medication entirely. Staff also could not consistently tell me when pain medication had last been administered, which resulted in unnecessary pain and distress during recovery. I was frequently left alone for extended periods of time despite being in a vulnerable post-operative condition. I was often left alone in my room with nobody checking on me for hours at a time. Calls for assistance frequently went unanswered, vitals were rarely checked unless I specifically asked, and important information such as drain outputs was not consistently recorded. My bed pads were never changed during my stay, which was both unhygienic and unacceptable for a post-surgical recovery facility. One staff member spent the majority of the time on her phone and would stay in another room rather than monitoring me. During massages, the massage therapist repeatedly had to ask staff to assist me with basic needs such as ice and water. Another serious issue was the communication barrier. One caregiver could not adequately read medication labels or assist with important information relating to my care, which I found extremely concerning for a recovery facility responsible for post-surgical patients. The meals provided were also extremely disappointing. They were bland, repetitive, and lacked variety. I was never once asked what foods I wanted to eat - nothing that is in the supposed menu on their website was provided to me. There were also no snacks available, and when I asked for collagen or peptide drinks, I was told there were none. At one point, the caregiver had to leave the apartment for approximately 30 minutes to buy food because there was no stock in the apartment and nothing available for me to eat for breakfast, leaving me completely alone without care or supervision during my post-operative recovery. I was also concerned by the fact that caregivers were using their phones while driving, which I found incredibly unsafe, especially while transporting post-operative patients. When I attempted to raise my concerns with the owner, she came to the apartment and screamed at me while standing over me as I lay recovering in a chair. Rather than addressing the issues professionally, I was accused of being racist and rude to staff. I categorically deny this. I have multiple witnesses, including a highly respected massage therapist who attended during my stay, who can attest that my concerns were entirely related to patient care and safety, and that I was never rude or discriminatory toward staff. The owner is also now attempting to claim that I asked to extend my stay, which is completely false. At no point did I request an extension. I attempted to resolve these concerns privately before leaving this review. Unfortunately, my experience was deeply distressing and did not reflect the level of care or professionalism advertised. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise anyone considering staying here to avoid this place at all costs.

My prior two vehicles were totaled, although this recent auto impact was repairable, my 6 Herniated discs were aggravated once again. So here we go again....
