This doctors office was not worth it , I changed my pcp because they wouldn't call me with my results I had to call them to see what was going on with my health when I did call them Brandy was very rude and upset with me. I walked in , filled out paperwork and was seen within 30 minutes. Everyone was nice and efficient. The office visit price was affordable. A lot cheaper than the emergency clinics. I'll be using them again. The PA asked what was going on and listened to what I had to say. She never seemed rushed and took time to explain everything. Very professional. read more

Came to this place after a coworker recommended it to me. My boyfriend came here a few months ago and was upset that he did not see the doctor and was not told he would be seeing a nurse practitioner instead. I don't mind speaking with nurse practitioners because the old practice I went to had some amazing ones. The nurse I spoke with was very nice and super friendly. I told her what was going on and she left. A few minutes later the nurse practitioner came in and was awful. Horrible bedside manner. She immediately told me I had an ulcer, without asking a lot of questions or examining me in any way. I told her the medication I was taking had side effects that were worse than the condition and she basically told me I would have to suffer for 3 months. Gave nothing to help me. An absolute waste of $40. I will never come back here and I highly recommend anyone go somewhere else. read more

I would have rated this clinic a 1 star but i won't allow 1 person to let me rate it this low though i was going to rate 4 stars . The Physical Therapy Department is so welcoming and so understanding they take care of you. They really treated me kind and helped me through this rough time HOWEVER Dorris i think she is a nurse maybe .. her attitude is horrible and she is not friendly i can only image me being super sick and having to deal with her ! This place is not worth the $153 I spent there. The front office worker explained more to me than the so called doctor. Never did she tell me my blood pressure was high. I found out by the staff. Not worth the time , and money, my appointment was at 9:45 got out of there at 11:47 . Next time I will invest in more researching. First time I came here, I was confused and didn't know what to do. - I was rear ended why driving on the freeway and was advised to get checked by a chiropractor. - I felt that the staff treated me like I knew what I was suppose to be doing and so forth like this wasn't my first rodeo, but it was. After my first visit, although needing a bit adjusting to, everything was smooth. Staff was friendly and open to any questions I felt I needed to ask. Thanks Kevin. And although small, and as though this location has multiple electrical/maintenance issues, it is kept clean and tidy. Thank you for your help and assistance in therapy through my accident. I went there for a check up and got a prescription. The prescription wasn't covered by my insurance but an alternate form was. The pharmacy faxed them this information twice to get the doctor to either change the prescription or negotiate with the insurance company. No response for days so I called the office again to explain the issue. Days pass, nothing, so I call the office yet again. This time the person answering the phone tells me they have no record of anything but she will send the note to the doctor. Days pass no contact from the office. I call again. I will also note during these calls the people answering the phone are pretty short with you and give the impression you are bothering them. Again during this call they act like this is the first they have heard of this issue and once again promise to forward this to the doctor. Fast forward. its been over a month since my appointment and not a word from this office. The only time I speak to them is if I call them. read more

I've been a patient here for nearly 8 weeks. The Drs and staff have been great! Dr Nik is very thorough, answering all my questions, and has a gentle but firm touch that I appreciate. The physical therapy staff are great as well. Gabby is always friendly and helpful and Kevin seems to take great care in what he does. Though I don't particularly enjoy going to the doctors office, they both make it a pleasant experience. I'm very grateful to them and Dr Nik for taking such good care of me! read more

My therapy sessions at this location have been absolutely wonderful thanks to Dr. Pham and his staff Gabby and Kevin. They are doing a great job at helping me recover from my recent car accident that really had my lower back in a bad condition. With out them I wouldn't feel like new, I would recommend them to anyone with back problems like I was having. I went here for a routine yearly physical. This procedure is supposed to be fully covered by my insurance. The doctor asked if I was sexually active, I told her no. But she requested I get tested for HIV, Herpes, Chlamydia and Gonorrhea. When I received my insurance statement, they had done $800 worth of laboratory tests. Thankfully, insurance covered most of it. I felt swindled and deceived. This was the first time this has happened to me on a routine physical. They took advantage of me and provided medical services that was not necessary. To make it even worst, they never called me back to discuss my results. I have to keep calling and bugging them 3 weeks after my visit before getting my results. read more

Absolutely ridiculous . I went in for some issues I had. Thought was heart related. I had to pay &$51 for a ekg test. That took all of 2 mins. Or less. She gave meds for anxiety. I had a panic attach two days later. I call to speak with doctor. Leave msgs. She calls while I'm at work. I call back. She then just sends someone to tell me she can't assist me and will refer me to a psychiatrist. Nothing else. Didn't explain why. Didn't tell me what I need from this person. I mean the Doctor didn't even speak to me how did she come to the conclusion. So here we are she is not in today and I have to wait another day to speak with her. If she is not too busy. Oh also went ahead and also asked for appetite suppressant. She said they charge 127. It include blood work and ekg test. So I ask well since I already paid for the ekg how much could the cost be reduced. They said no go it's a flat rate. Seriously.!? read more
