ULTIMATE STAFFING IS DEFINITELY THE ULTIMATE STAFFING PLACE TO GO WHEN LOOKING FOR EMPLOYMENT!!! Lisa and Mariela took the time and effort in not only getting to know me and making sure they not only helped me find employment.  WHICH I START NEXT MONDAY!!! YIPPEEE But, that it was the right fit for me and the employer.   I had a life changing event back in July, where I lost almost everything and it forced me pack up my car and came to Vegas where I knew no one accept my mother. Since then, I have had a hard time finding a stable job.   With that said, not having any luck on my own, I gave using staffing services a try. I started submitting resumes for job postings through Robert Half, Office Team, Nexxt Staffing, My Next Career Path Staffing, just to name a few.  I was receiving call backs from recruiters stating how impressive my resume was and they sent me on interviews.  After each interview, I was told by each recruiter, they would call me when they heard back. NOTHING! I had to call them. Of course no one ever answered my call, nor did they return my calls! Very unprofessional and disrespectful.   The Team at Ultimate Staffing is beyond Phenomenal! From the very first contact through the entire process. Mariela, Lisa & Soraya have been so encouraging. I've worked with Ultimate Staffing Services for over 3 years . First encounter was in Southern California. Amazing customer service and they have the jobs you want to work for. You honestly can't go wrong with this staffing . If you have experience and / or college degrees. You'll will find something TRUST ME! I had the pleasure to work with Lisa. She got me an interview within couple days after my interview. I was hired as a temp for an AMAZING company. Which let's be honest , I'm sure I wouldn't have been able to find it on my own. I was new to Vegas . I didn't know anything about this city and good companies . But I was very lucky to find it through ultimate staffing. I've been with the company for almost 7 months . Go here if you don't mind possibly wasting your time for nothing. I relocated to the Las Vegas area and sent my resume to this Ultimate Staffing location through their website. I was called the next day by a Service Manager named Alex. She seemed very interested in my resume and experience and told me she had "several job possibilities." I went in a few days later to meet with her and she told me about just two job opportunities I could interview for. She stated she was going to set up those interviews and was going to call me on Monday. While the meeting with Alex was pretty professional, I never heard back from her ever again! I called a week later after numerous email attemps and the lady who answered told me Alex was no longer employed there. She transferred my call to another Service Manager named Marisela, whom I had also met with at my meeting with Alex. Again Marisela seemed totally interested in experience. I left a message for Marisela and surprise-surprise, she didn't call me back either. A call back with any kind of news would been appreciated. I have over 10 years of customer service/administrative work and would be an asset to a company. I've been directly hired through other temp agencies 3 times before with big name companies and the previous temp agencies I dealt with were on point. Ultimate Staffing may be a very well known temp agency, but this location is severely lacking. read more

Great company!!! I've never worked for a staffing service before and was very hesitant at first, but Bryan made the process extremely easy and comfortable. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and even made sure to follow up with me when I chose to take a little time off from searching. I wish I could give them zero stars! I was hired by them for a couple of companies. I worked mostly with Alex and Marsela (I think that was her name) both were terrible. Refused to call me back and had terrible customer service. They hired me to harrahs hr department. It was a decent job but I had some problems there with the way I was treated. I tried to talk to Alex about it and she told me to suck it up. I was sick because I was pregnant and had the flu so I couldn't work for a couple days. After calling her six times she told me again to suck it up. I was having a bunch of issues with the managers at harrahs and a couple other things so I called Alex. She took a week and a half to call me back. I told her I was no longer going to work at harrahs and she told me yes I was. I told her this is my week notice. She called me a week later and I said today was my last day and she told me I better go back. I left ultimate staffing because it was terrible! Do not go there unless you want to be forced to do a job where you are harassed! read more

So far, not so good. I would be overjoyed to revise this review were they to actually do anything positive, instead of simply ignore me. Since they ignore me, despite follow-up, it's likely they will simply ignore you as well. I submitted online, gave them ample time for a recruiter to open the rest of the application process with my resume in hand. Nothing happened. So I politely called them. The person who answered the phone assured me she would pass on my resume to an appropriate recruiter and they would call me. Nobody on their end did anything. During college, beyond my resume years, I learned a very long time that if not even a polite cattle prod to a temp agency will prompt them to get back to you, the chances they will put in more effort once you are listed as a person who is available, having completed the application, are zero. I think it reflects very poorly on a business that from initiation, they show no desire to even pick up a phone and call you back as promised, or simply open up the rest of the application process online. To me personal, this is the cover of the book, and years of experience with various agencies in two states shows me that you can judge a temp agency book by their cover. I would like somebody from Ultimate Staffing Services to spent 5 seconds acknowledging my submission so we can both move forward from my work. Should this be an anomaly, I will change my review if appropriate. I'm very highly disappointed in them, as well as perplexed how they earned 3.5 stars. High level businesses who are not inundated with 1,000 submissions a day demonstrate that professionalism with acknowledgement, even if they choose not to work with you. If I wish to be ignored, I need to put in no effort. I love work I want to work. I would like to make ultimate Staffing a great deal of money on as much work as they can guide me to. Sadly, after a week, I have seen no sign whatsoever they have the same win-win goal as I. I they dare to respond to this review, that's infinitely more effort than they have demonstrated thus far. read more

Scheduled and interview with Soraya. I couldn't make the appointment. Due to the fact that my grandson was hit by a car. I spent over 15 hours at the hospital. So she calls me and she asked me did I call to rescheduled the appointment. I explained to her that my grandson was hit by a car. She says, I understand that, " that things happen. Really you understand that, but she was speaking to me as if she was scolding her five year old child. I couldn't address her and the way that she spoke to me. At the present time. So what I did, after greeting the friends that came into the room and the doctor. I phoned her back. She proceeded to pretend that she was not the person, that I had spoken to. I remembered her name. And insult to my intelligence. I hung the phone up and decided to write this review. I would think that because of the fact, they are dealing with a cliental of people from a diverse background. I would think that they would do in-services to help them communicate with clients, and be more professional. She tell me, that she wishes me luck in my job search. But, I have already, taken a job offer. Before interviewing with a company, I generally look up the company, so make sure it's a good fit for me. I didn't get a chance.
