I do appreciate that you reached out to respond. My issue is: Despite not having a job, believe it or not, my time is actually very valuable too because I have to spend a lot of time just trying to find employment, and... when someone brings me into an interview without actually being able to even review what I've presented initially (and then with the difficulties there attempting to work through your internet security, which I presumed to be the case at that point), I'm apt to "cut out the middle man" as they say. I take it as a compliment that even my resume was good enough, but in a world where, I believe statistically if I recall correctly, about 70% of resumes are not even looked at, independent of the actual application process (usually AI based at this point and requiring an arduous and pointless amount of time to fill out forms when it defeats the purpose of having a resume in the first place), it was a very sad thing for me to feel hope and then have it dashed to pieces because we were only about a third of the way there in the process. I shouldn't have had to sit down for an interview in the first place with Abe and spend my whole morning doing that when he hadn't even looked at my work, and if he couldn't see it, you obviously should have resolved that with your IT team internally rather than involve me. I just don't like people wasting my time. I would consider working with you again now that you have the issue resolved, but I really don't have the time when very few people even have the time for me. It wasn't meant to be insulting, but I'm someone who gets things done quickly and doesn't want to be bothered with needless processes when it's really just a numbers game at this point and I realize it. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I was aggressively looking for a new job. I had a lot of experience, but wasn't sure what I wanted or where to look. I contacted Ultimate and was connected with Adriana. She asked to meet me and instantly I felt a connection with her. She gave me some of the best advice on life, my career and my resume. Please stop with the canned responses that are meant to do nothing more than improve your image. Your company has said they would reach out to me in response to these posts on numerous occasions, and either I hear nothing, or I get someone who is even more rude than the last time. Is it not enough to be treated this poorly, but you also lie to me each time you respond?? And for the record, yes, your staff knows who this company is interviewing because they are doing the testing for this company. I applied directly with this company, but when I was tested I received an email directly from Cece to complete my testing. She is the one who told me she would never even submit me to this very same company because she could lose them as a client by submitting someone like me. Since she was given my email address to send testing links to I know damn good and well they knew about this position then and that I was being considered. Several days later a job posting clearly matching this job was posted by Ultimate. Completely inappropriate. This branch should be shut down. Period. it continues to get worse. I never heard from anyone at their offices like the response post said. I recently applied for a position directly with a company and went through a fairly ling interview process and was even given multiple verbal hints that I was going to get this job, which I desperately needed! Then the company, who exclusively uses Ultimate for their temp and contractor needs, was tasked with testing me for the job. After the testing was done through Ultimate, this company did a 180 on me and started dragging out the interview process. Then I saw an ad posted by Ultimate that was textbook for the job I was interviewing for. Fast forward to today and I heard from the company that they are going with another candidate. I am positive their new candidate is through Ultimate, and given that this is the same company Cece had said she would never submit me to, abd how poorly they have always treated me, I am sure they said something to this employer. I just wish I could prove it. If they like you they'll find you work. If not, they will be rude, unprofessional, dishonest, and block you from opportunities. read more

I admit feeling reticent about the 'Intro Video' but I was willing to do something different because that's how you grow! I'm currently on assignment and I essentially got this job because of the video. So, Thank You! I've worked for several other agencies and companies but suffice it to say, Ultimate Staffing is definitely in my top 5 of best places to work for. Been on the job hunt for about two months now and although I was employed it was just time to move on. I contacted Ultimate Staffing, dealt mainly w/ Veronica and Elizabeth a bit. The whole process was super easy and they were very efficient. Went on a few interviews and on this last one I GOT THE JOB!!!! So yes I'm a happy camper, although its great to have the leads that they have. It all depends on your experience and IF you are a right fit for the job and of course ultimately it comes down to the interviewer. They give you some great tips some do's and dont's and the "Have a great first day on the job" early morning text was definitely not expected but for sure it was accepted The on-line website is pretty easy to navigate through and didn't have any issues. I had been working with a different staffing agency before I found Ultimate Staffing. I am so glad that I did. I met with Cece and she was so attentive to my career needs and was so quick to help. She immediately got me out interviewing and just after a few weeks, I have been placed and start soon. I personally feel blessed that this happened so fast. I know that a lot of getting the position is how you present yourself at your interview. I can't speak for the others on here, but my personal experience with the agency at this location was terrible and unfulfilling. I was helped by Veronica who instructed me to email her my resume so that she could better assist me, and so I did, but got no response. I contacted her after a few days of waiting and she said she never got it. Okay, no problem right? So I sent it again and this time she received it. However, after reminding her multiple times, she never sent me the link that I needed to complete my online profile and get the ball rolling. We met in person eventually and she basically just sat me down in front of a computer for 15 minutes - not even explaining what I'm supposed to be doing, printed out my resume, and said she would communicate with me via email. Not once have I heard from her since my visit and not once have I received that link to complete my profile. It's clear that I'm wasting my time with this agency and I'm not going to wait on them any longer. Whoever is reading this and thinking about going with Ultimate, I hope you have a much better experience and actually get the help you deserve. read more

After being laid off & being unemployed for a couple of month's with no success finding jobs through online job websites I decided to try temp agencies as it's worked out for me a decade ago. I chose 4 local staffing agencies, Ultimate was one of them. So now it was just a matter of who can place me first, & out of all the agencies, I felt that Ultimate was the one that communicated with me the most. Veronica & I were either talking on the phone, or emailing each other about job opportunities. I found that interaction valuable, & a lot more personal than the bigger temp agencies I applied with who I had to call weekly to see if there were any opportunities available. Ultimate took a little over a month to match me up w/ a job opportunity that met my criteria's. I would have probably been placed sooner, but I was not receptive to traveling too far for work. Now I'll be starting my new job on Monday & it's only a 5 minute drive from my house which is more than I could have asked for. Great job guys! read more
